It was far too cold up here. Snow covered the ground and his steps, albeit light, were leaving his tracks in the powdery white that covered the once sandy ground. It wasn't covered heavily, thankfully, but just enough to cause him discomfort and plenty of annoyance. He wasn't sure what this large, open area was but it appeared as though it was used for something or another. Tracks littered the area even in the snow and they weren't just walking paths. Being the curious thing that he was, he forgot about the ache in his cold feet and decided to check out the area.

Jynn had decided to practice her battle skills and as such she left the warmth of Auster for the winter of Boreas. The Battlefield was where wolves went to spar and she could think of no better place to look for an opponent. She walked through the snow, shivering slightly in the cool air but thankful that her long legs made it fairly easy to pick her way through taller drifts. As she walked along she soon spied a familiar form. It was the wolf she'd raced some time back. "Hey there! Fancy running into you again. Are you here for a spar?

After racing the fox-like girl at the sandbar some time ago, he was actually quite surprised to see her this far north. She strode up confidently like she knew exactly what she was here for, and when she spoke and asked for a spar, he wondered if that's what this place was used for. The disrupted snow and strange trails would be explained if that were the case. After their race, he was quite intrigued by the woman. She asked so boldly twice now for some sort of challenge, and Crowley being who he was, certainly wasn't going to turn down a good fight.

"Sure." He said, quickly moving to ready himself across from her. It had been some time since he'd done this, but it certainly wasn't new like the race had been.

Jynn blinked briefly in surprise as he spoke but she even quicker to grin. He'd agreed to a spar and she was delighted at how quickly she'd been able to land an opponent. Often she had to howl to summon a challenger. It was rare to just come upon someone willing to fight. Jynn positioned herself across from the man and settled into a fighting stance, her defenses falling into place. She made sure to pin her ears and tuck her tail. Jynn kicked off toward the man, seeking to slip to his right side as she twisted her neck to her right and tried to nip his side, just behind the armpit.
