Sorcerer stood there, watching the place, the wolves in it. It kinda made him feel happy to see family and all toghter to have a fun time. A time hosted by his cousin Kali, and she did a great job he could be certain of that. If she could do great things, himself wanted to think he could too, well he was a Klein too, and the Klein were to do great things right? His own mother used to be the very head and founder of the whole dynasty, and he was part of it right? Did he had an important role too? Was he as important as the rest? He wanted to gain the good reputation with his own paws, with his own wins and loses. There he stood, silent as his mind went through the thoughts.

Áskell paced back and forth, trying to focus on the tournament. He kept thinking about his father and his brother, wishing both were here with him. He wondered if they could see him from the spirit world, if there was a way they could peer through the veil and see him. His magpie, Kári, landed nearby and informed him it was his turn to race. He headed to the starting line and saw he would be racing Sorcerer. At least he would race another Habari wolf. He nodded his head in greeting. "Ready?"

Áskell prepped himself and when the start signal was given he bounded forward, racing through the redbud nook. He was familiar with this territory but so was his opponent. It would make for a good race.

Ceres waited and he smiled as Askell would be his opponent in his very first race ever, he couldn't think beyond the anxiety but also the familiarity his cousin gave him. He placed himself by Askell's level ready to begin the round. He prepared his muscles, kneeling and getting his back legs ready to explode. And when the light turned green he rushed forward, aiming to run as fast as he could, this would help his stamina, his speed. In a fight not only biting was important but speed and resistance was also needed. He kept his jaws closed to avoid his tongue to be bitten off. Null claws into the Nook's soil.
