She hadn't been the only one with troubles during the Long Night. Unlike her own sickness where she had succumbed to the crystals, others had succumbed to their own mind. Some even had mushrooms sprouting from their body. What a time that had been. Being the caring and curious type, Audra wandered from the borders in search of someone to help. Maybe someone would cross her path that needed someone like her to talk to. Maybe they wouldn't and she would have to be okay with that. Ultimately, she still had her own gripes with that mysterious cloaked figure to deal with, but that would be for another time.

Feeling the grass beneath her paws and the air rustling through her fur, she felt alive for the first time in ages. Breathing in deeply, her good eye looked up to the canopy of maple and oak trees. Life was teeming all around her and that she was grateful for. The Long Night had made her feel as if the sun would never rise again. Darkness had surrounded them, attempting to suffocate and take them all to Somnium. Thankfully, most had made it out alive, some worse than others.

Stopping occasionally to pick at a few leaves to stuff into her satchel, she hummed quietly under her breath as she usually did. Wandering deeper into the forest, she barely noticed when the sunlight stopped filtering through the treetop. Silence hung over the space as if someone were waiting with bated breath. Los in thought about how badly she wished to help others, Audra almost didn't notice she wasn't alone. It was when a quiet snap of a twig made her ears turn did she stop to look. "I-is someone th-there?" Audra asks in her chiming voice as her tail tucks between her legs. Surely, no one dangerous would be wandering around these parts, right?

"Speech!"

WC: 373

Being down here seemed quite the insanity for somone who's home was way up in Boreas, and now the self taught medic found himself down to a different continent, one he reached by crossing a trail of land. A new land, new chances of finding new plants to use for healing or experimenting as he held no real knowledge until he actually tried it out on her own. He didn't have any teachers of wolves to lay on for his education, so all he was learning was from trial and error, from testing and finding out on his own. Was this good enough? He didn't have an answer to that inquiry but what else he could do? Nothing, and always someone to do things on his own, this didn't bother him. It was better to do things oneself right? He learned as he grew up no one will do shit for one, no one ever offered him to teach him, no one ever asked how he was or gave him the aid. That instead of bringing bad, it brought in him a self sufficient nature, making him stronger and a quick learner, one to experiment , to find answers in what he could actually do instead of empty words others would share to him.

The place was pretty, like a cathedral made of greens, of vines. The sunlight breaking through the scars holes and spaces the dense vegetation provided for it to bath the little patches of grass. He felt attracted to what he was seeing, feeling, weirdly happy. Interested in finding out what plants he would be able to discover. But as he explored the immensity of this secluded location, a branch cracked under his weight as he stepped into it. Ears flattened in the matter of a second before getting back up. A breath of relief crawled out of his lungs until a voice made him stop right there where he stood up, covered by the shades. Unmatching eyes looking around unsure. "Hello?" He muttered but not expressing fear, it would be dumb to give the wrong image of weakness. There as he gathered enough bravery to walk further, he found a female. "Oh..i didn't expect to see anyone inside here!"
