Structures like these existed back home, but they were sparse.  Etoile was pretty confident that she'd seen no more than two in her whole life.  Though those weren't identical to what was before her now in the slightest, rather only being the same in the sense that it was an ancient structure lost to time and it sparked a strange yet welcome feeling from within her.  The fae always wondered what stories places like these would tell if they only had the mouth to do it.

Enamored with the cryptic stones, Etoile had decided she'd spend a night or two at the location before hitting the road again.  After all, she'd been traveling lots more than she'd ever been used to as of recent.  Rest was a necessity that she couldn't afford to ignore if she wanted to keep on going the way she'd been going.  Plus, it was particularly windy today, it'd probably just be annoying trying to go anywhere far with all that fur flapping around.

So far the young Soleil had examined the stones, taken a nap, and caught herself a delicious meal.  Pretty much a perfect first rest day, the girl was feeling more than content.  Next on her list was to finish burying the remains of what was left from her meal and then it was right back to examining the stones.  Humming a soft tune to herself, Eloise gently patted the last bit of soil needed onto what would likely be her dinner in a few hours.

He'd seen the large stone structure in the distance, and interest thoroughly piqued, made a beeline straight for it. A wolf who wasn't enthralled by the sight of these gigantic stones clearly had something wrong with them, as even from a distance they were a sight to see. His long legs made easy work of the ground between him and the object of his current affection, and before long he emerged by them, only to be met by a small blue and white wolf heavily patting freshly turned soil down. With all the strong and chaotic winds about he hadn't picked up her scent, but now that he saw her she stuck out quite a bit. Much like him.
Raylan allowed an easy smile to slip onto his maw, tail twitching behind him in very small wags as he watched her for a moment as she seemingly finished burying something within the soil. Stepping closer to one of the stones, he gently called out to her so as to not frighten her too much by him appearing if she hadn't already noticed. "The wind is rough today, eh?" His paws took him to the edge of one of the fallen stones, and he bent his neck down to sniff curiously at it, picking up strong tones of moss, dirt, and some type of feathered creature, likely a bird that had recently sat upon it.

"Hm?" Etoile turned as a male voice reached her ears.  She'd done a decent enough job covering the food.  Bits and pieces of the meat poked through in areas where the breeze wouldn't allow soil to stay for long, but it wasn't like she was particularly hiding it from anyone anyways.  Plus, any more dirt and it'd probably just taste icky later anyways.  "Oh, yeah!  It's rough out here!"  She laughed.  Now where did this guy come from?  The fae hadn't seen, heard, or smelled him coming.  If it weren't so windy, she might have even been a little freaked out by his sudden appearance.

"Did you come to see the weird rocks too?"  She asked curiously, wondering if the stranger also had an obscure fascination with odd landmarks.  If so, well then they had something to talk about.
