Azure had been putting off seeing Recluse again, too thankful she hadn't approached him to claim her side in their deal before the Long Night. He'd accepted her proposition before he'd reconciled with Hana, and now they were engaged with children and.. well, screwing Recluse might screw all that up. It was at his father's behest that he approached her borders now, not as someone who needed from her a favor, but from one alpha to another alpha regarding their respective packs. Recluse was heavily nocturnal and so he approached during the night, doubling his discomfort as he'd not quite gotten over his fear of the dark after the ooze had touched his mind. He threw back his howl and called for her, settling down patiently to await the albino woman's arrival. "Speech"

Oh? Well this was interesting, Recluse hadn't expected to hear this voice at her border, well, nearly ever again. She suspected that Azure was nervous she'd call in her favor and probably would have avoided her out of a misguided hope that she'd forget. Luckily for him perhaps she'd ended up pregnant without meaning to and it had bought him at least one year where her mind would be turned elsewhere. Or well it would have been had he not arrived at her border and called for her. Recluse had been gently playing with Ichor when the call had gone up and she'd gotten to her paws, telling her son to go find Viscera and play with him while she dealt with some business. She'd noticed he hadn't listened all the way down the mountain and only stopped once Azure was in sight but still far enough away he wouldn't hear her gently scolding her son off. He bounced on his toes and excitedly told her that the boy he'd won his first tournament fight against had had the same eye marking. Ah so that solved the mystery of the children she'd been unable to see well enough to identify beyond being from Armada. With Ichor finally shooed off (or at least with him far enough way while he pretended not to be watching that he wouldn't be able to hear this business) she approached the Fatalis man. "Azure," She began, "my son tells me congratulations are in order. Apparently the family resemblance is strong." Her tone was friendly, slightly teasing towards the end but she would not open with any flirtations, instead it was clear she was approaching him and offering him an equal playing field in stark contrast to their last meeting. "To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?" "Speech"

Recluse arrived promptly, pausing only to address a pup who'd followed her to the border. Azure watched as the boy bounced away, politely returning his gaze to Recluse as she greeted him. His brow raised as she spoke of a child of her own, his lip pulling up into the ghost of a smile. Perhaps that was why she'd not come to find him to have him hold up his end of the bargain. "They are good children, fine additions to the Fatalis bloodline." He acknowledged softly. "Congratulations to you as well, who's the lucky man?" Small talk was apparently something alphas did, and while Azure didn't quite see the point in it he had at least the social skills to manage bullshit niceties. To her question he gave an answer, keeping his tone as friendly as hers had been and thanking his lucky stars she hadn't come onto him as hard this time. "I'm here on behalf of the Armada, we'd like to plan a training session with Habari, if the timing is right for you." The Long Night had effected many wolves and many packs, and while the Armada had flourished when the sun returned, that didn't mean every pack had. "A practice raid, to be precise." "Speech"

It was only after she'd spoken that it had occurred to her it was possible that the boy Ichor had fought had actually been yet another of the Warlord's sons, the eye marking did appear to be strong across quite a few of his children but luckily Azure assuaged what would have been, at worst, a slight embarrassment. Nothing she couldn't have recovered from but hey, she preferred not to have to go through that. He asked who the father of her own children were and Recluse laughed, okay maybe she'd twist the knife just a bit. A reminder of the power she held over him and just how easy it would have been for her son to have been his. "I never even got his name." She shrugged, watching him carefully for a moment before she brushed past it like the words were nothing, which they were for her, she was not ashamed of her sexual nature. "Though my fiancee Eraithus does his best, though they are not his by blood." It still sent a thrill through her to call him such, soon enough he'd be her husband. But she wasn't much more interested in small talk than he was and she focused her attention wholly on his words. She chewed on his suggestion for a few moments. "I am certainly not opposed. Habari is full of much young blood right now, it would do them good to maybe realize something more akin to a proper fight." Her own brood were likly too small for it though she knew at least a few of them would protest being kept from the fighting. "I have few enough plans in motion right now so my timeline is flexible, when were you thinking?" "Speech"

Hearing the word 'fiance' from Recluse's lips was near enough to make the behemoth sigh in relief - surely she'd never come calling for her chit when she was engaged, would she? Azure felt her eyes upon him, though this time he felt much less like he was about to be eaten alive beneath her gaze. "When is the wedding? Do I get an invitation?" He joked, the corner of his lip lifting in a small smile. Who else would you want at your wedding anyways, other then the men you almost fucked?

To the raid Recluse seemed willing and Azure's large head nodded in confirmation. "Good. We have some young blood too that needs testing. Hopefully both Habari and the Armada can benefit from this. We were hoping to do it sooner rather then later, before the season turns." He paused. "If that works for you."
