A young pup made her way through the night, always hunting for mischief, for adventures and find herself in fun situations. Whatever she could find as she wasnt feeling like going to bed just yet, she wasnt over yet! Blue eyes lurking in the darkness, tail up in confidence, head high like if she challenged the world itself ,she feared nothing, no one and even the dark wouldnt get under her nerves, she was bigger than fear, she had always been. Besides she was too bored to not fall without a fight, without finding ways to entertain herself enough. She sniffed the air, listening to any sound, to any smell. And there the noise of a snapping wood made the pup lurk around, eyes narrowed and bold to not run, but stay and fight. "Show yourself coward!"
Lips lifts to show her small and growing fangs.

The night had been a relatively quiet one so far. Thalia had taken it upon herself to to patrol the borders around the ravine, though fortunately there wasn't much to note tonight. She was perfectly fine with a quiet, unremarkable evening - at least until the scent of something distinctly non-wolf reached her nose. An intruder, perhaps? Her interest is piqued and Thalia presses on, following the creature's scent trail until it wove with that of one of Aerie's youngest members. Though Thalia was hardly close to the children here she still felt protective over them and would stop at nothing to ensure they stayed safe, as they were the pack's future, after all.
The voice of the pup cut through the darkness - followed by a low growl of something that was distinctly not canine. Welp. Quickening her pace, she finally found Tien, standing and facing an unknown enemy. Thalia thought fast. "Careful," she warned the girl, watching as the predator finally lumbered out of the shadows. It was a bear - not a fully grown one but hardly a cub, and it looked mad. Before she had a chance to make sure the pup was safe she struck, making a beeline for the bear and ducking to her right at the last second, all snarls and snapping jaws as she snapped at it and hoped it would back down.
