Hattori was content enough. There was still much to do, progress to be made but Hattori felt as though things were going along well. That Tojo was shaping into what he wanted it to be, slowly but surely. There had been a few hiccups along the road, pesky feelings got in the way, but now he'd shoved it all aside he was intent on looking forward. Checking in on those who had been by his side from the start, wanted to know how things were going on their end, and what their goals were for the future.

It wasn't difficult to track down the pink koi wolf. Her coat stood out plain and clear amongst all the greenery, bright and familiar, a sight that belonged within the maze. She was a capable warrior, but there was still plenty of room for growth and gains, how far had she been pushing herself as of late? Not very hard, from what the Kaicho had gleamed.

He slowed to a walk, his paw falls loud enough to announce his presence. Assuming she was paying attention.

"Yaeume." He greeted, quick to move things along. "What have you been doing?"

Yume had been on her own things out lately, but not without a purpose behind it. From patrolling to bringing down any threats towards their home. Exploring and getting to know more of their shared lands, it would be shameful to get lost at this point of her life. And right now, she walked with a bunch of fleshly skinned furs, from all the predators she'd been killing to protect her clan as she saw the wolves within. All seemed like from the same place as her so she could sense familiarity enough to call them a clan. She wasnt going to leave the fur to waste, she was bringing them to put in any dens that would wish them for winter or just for armoring. She knew she wasnt as interactive with her home as others, but she still did things on her own that she sought benefited the pack.

As she walked with her dog beside her, carrying her signature katana. Heading toward her sanctuary. That until she heard heavy steps approaching. She stooped her tracks, turning her head to her leader. She would put her furs down so she could speak clearly enough. "Taichou." She greeted with the same tone as his, but respectful still. "This, hunting down dangerous guests, patrolling and checking other lands." She added, calm expressions left no doubt on what she was saying. "Would you fancy one for your den?" She was a geisha afterall, serving was part of who she was educated to be. Beside warriorship.

It seemed as though she had been busy as of late and that was enough to explain her marked absence. That she'd been out and about, gathering furs and meats to add to their stores. Acceptable enough, he supposed. Though her greeting could do with some work. He adjusted his stand, his head tilting to the side for a split second before falling back into normality.

"Kaicho." Hattori corrected, brows furrowed. "Leave them in the stores for now, I will do an inventory later. Have you come across anything of note on your patrols? Have you been sparring with the others?" He was quick to move onto ask, training alone was fine but doing it with someone else was even more valuable.

"Kaichou" She repeated giving it a nice emphasis, an smirk on her lips. Eye brow blinked in a mock, Taichou meant captain. But well, she would call him as he titled himself. Her expression remained calm, there was little in the world that would get under her skin. She could be called bitch and little to none she would care. She knew who she was and what others told him mattered nothing.

Moving to the important matter she nodded. "I did. The amount of predators in the area had increased, i had found mainly cougars and young leopards. And the smell of bear is frequent. Other than that nothing else," Beside the quiteness of their home. "I plan to do so actually, would you like one?" Now that he touched the topic, why not do so himself?

"The talking"

Hattori knew the truth of her words, noted it with his own two eyes and nose. He did not think it was enough of a problem to warrant drastic action, but he would keep an eye on it all the same and act accordingly, if and when the time came. For now the warrior was quick to change the topic, grasping onto the mention of spars. Talking about it wasn't enough, Hattori wished to see it with his own eyes. To judge it first hand without letting confident words cloud his judgement.

"Yes I wish to see how your form has improved." He recalled letting her start last time, the ball was in his court now.

Giving her a moment or so to prepare, Hattori launched into the fray in a blurred orange flash. Deceptively quick as he narrowed in and made a grab for her muzzle, aiming to clamp down on the top and bottom. To just hold firm to prove his point.
