Yea, Yaeume was too far from home, being at the opposite side of both continents, right into the northern lands of Boreas. Where snow and frigid winds reigned with iron paw. The dire wolf of pink coat didnt mind, her coat was fluffier than others and she was used to such weather, Iga had ruthless winters during the year so this wasnt rare nor unbearable. And one might wonder, why is she here? Why this far? Well, Yume never traveled without a good purpose on her mind. She was here for a different type of hunt. She was looking for animals not found in Auster. Elk and such type of ungulates. She wanted to hunt down some to bring new meats to her clan. And like that the pink female had her nose through the snow, sniffing, searching for any trail that could mean food. The wind was strong, carrying snow with it. But not like an storm but still intense. Her steps were quiet, thanks to her feline like paws, paws built for better stealth than a wolf paws, but still wide to avoid her from sinking too much on the snow. Vapour pours from her nose, quietness which she wanted to use, to get a better chance to detect sounds, anyone's. Tail up over her back. WC- 218/1500 "" |

Hattori could not say he was overly familiar with the north of Boreas, or that he liked it very much. To go from one extreme to the next sent his body into chaos, his fur had moulted and gotten light for the hot summer months of Auster and now he was in the thick of the cold, having to wear a cloak to keep the worst of it at bay.
But he supposed it wasn't entirely a waste of time. There was game up here that they would never find down in Auster and there was no denying that Yaeume needed the practice. Following her tracks, the Kaicho allowed her to do the brunt of the hard work, watching and judging as she wove through the trees, on the hunt for a scent worthy of attention.
Keeping his voice low, just barely above a whisper he posed a question. Even if only to know her intentions, as to what lay ahead.
"What do you hope to bring down?"
Spotting the tracks would be easy enough, but with the cold and the wind he knew bringing it down might be a struggle. Something they'd both need to put their all into, that and bringing back the remains. There was a long way to go, but they would work something out as two heads were better than one.
"And how will we carry it back to Tojo if it is too large?"
