A PILLAR FOR ALL

His heart thought it might just jump out of his chest in a rage. Cruel intentions plastered his face as he fought contain his rage. The fighting was still going on, the children were moved to a safe location just beneath him. However they slept as he looked onward. He didn't know how to organize his thoughts but Medusa's name was leaving a bitter taste in his mouth. He understood freedom but from what he'd seen Recluse had been nothing but reasonable as an alpha. Now this..... but what he didn't expect most of all was to see her coming here.

Eraithus blue eyes searching over her monochrome form. A member of the menagerie now and she had her own children to look after. Was he seeing things? Well he certainly couldn't make sense of his emotions if it was one sense of another. That was when he saw her paws push a small sprig forward. Lavender covered in honey he blinked looking up at the healer.

Her children were safe in the Menagerie, Voodoo had full faith in that. She'd heard the challenge call and a part of he was cursing at the fact she wasn't there for the pack right now. It hadn't taken long to recognize Eraithus scent and feel his anxiety waving off of him. As he stared at the herbs she looked at him. "Eat it." she gestured to the honey sprig of lavender. She settled next to him the man seemed... tense. She had already noted that from before. Voodoo looked out at the cliffs.

"I'm sorry if this isn't the best situation." she began wondering for a moment. "I'm settling into the Menagerie well. My daughter Jaybird finally recovered from her illness and Req is getting out and about." if she could distract him from his sorrows then maybe that would be worth something. She hadn't realized it but Eraithus had become much like a father figure to her. Though most of their bonding had been in her sick bay in Habari.
