Kuroo-chan would join her again, looking around the pines and questioning. "Not many" she did admit to the man, shaking her head. Sayuri did notice the hunter glance at Beauregard, amused that he could have been jealous at one point. "let us mingle." she added to Kuroo-chan, walking from Usagi and Kunai. The whole point was to get out and make friends! Even if Tojo-kai was secluded, there was no reason not to be friendly to others. Especially ones that had invited them to the party.
Sayuri saw groups of wolves standing around, chatting. She noticed a few were alone but opted to approach Alaois. "Good eve, sir" the koi woman began, dipping her head to him gracefully "it is a big crowd already, yes?" She would speak to Beauregard later; there was surely time! "I am Sayuri Chiba, and my companion is Kuroo." She glanced fondly at the man before she returned her gaze to Alaois. Her tail wagged slowly behind her, leisurely and content to chat with strangers outside of her own pack.

Parties weren't something foreign to her, but Tallulah could say this was her first one in a northern climate. She approached, wagging her tail at the host before being prompted further in. One look around caused her to spot a young lady with a cape lined with polar bear fur. Seeing as the woman (Keahi) was alone, she opted to go to her. No use wasting a perfectly good wallflower. "Howdy!" the girl greeted warmly, tipping her cowboy hat with a paw "name's Tallulah Colt, ma'am. And you are?" From the smell of the woman, she lived up north. There were distinctive pine and mint smells that reminded her of winter. Tallulah waited with an almost nervous breath; was it okay to just approach others so casually? Wasn't that the point of a festival? She'd wait to view the events, for certain, before participating. For now, she took a look at the refreshments and food. The meat looked good and cooked, but apart from water, she couldn't be certain if she was allowed to touch the alcohol. Best not if adults were 'round. |

Wolves were beginning to arrive in surplus! It was hard to focus on Torben and his gift as blurs of moving bodies kept catching her attention. From a distance, she noticed a pair of grey wolves that she could tell were Fern and Rudyard. Her tail wagged as she hoped she would have a chance to say hello soon. As she asked Torben what he had brought and right as he said it was for her, she heard the scurrying of paws. They sounded quick and almost frantic. Turning to see what was happening, she had no time to move.
Suddenly, a pup ran right into her! Staggering slightly to the side before she regained her balance, Audra grew more concerned for the pup. A gasp left her lips as she leaned down to sniff at him. No scent of blood, maybe a bruise. Hearing Torben ask if the pup was alright, she glanced up at him. "Th-thank you for the gift," she said quietly, taking the wrapped bundle gently between her teeth to make sure it stayed out of harm's way.
Quickly putting it on the nurse's station table, she returned her attention to Torben and the boy. Ready to ask the pup again if he were alright, she noticed Torben staring at the pup in a bewildered fashion. "E-everything okay?" Audra asks with a tilt of her face toward Torben and then back down to the pup.

The two parents had sat with just the cub for a little while before Lucette had approached them. Bellamy brightened at the arrival of her little one. It had felt as though it had been far too long since she'd last seen her daughter. Lucy and Bae-Syl had only just started to get over being ill when she had last seen them… so it was good to see her little one alive and well. Bellamy's tail had set to wagging behind her eagerly. "Lucette! This is your new little sister, Saga. Saga, this is your big sister Lucette." The woman glanced at her mate with a smile. This meeting was one she had hoped would happen. "Come on, let's move over here, away from others. I'd prefer we talk in private before we take place in these festivities." The woman got to her paws, moving away from the main group with her family. -Exit Bellamy- |

Gavroche didn't mind that no one had approached them right away. It was nice just to be out of the den with his beloved and their adopted daughter. The male glanced at Saga, enthralled with Ears and Whiskers at the moment, and lifted his gaze to find Lucy approaching them. His smile widened - his family was whole again, at least for the moment. But where was Bae-Syl? It seemed a touch strange the yearling would let his daughter go so far on her own. Perhaps he was on his way. The winged male listened to Bellamy introduce their kiddos to one another and chuckled softly. It was shortly thereafter that the woman suggested that they move away from the main event to talk. Nothing wrong with that, Gav thought. He got to his paws, offered a smile to Saga and then Lucy. "I'm glad to see you again, Luce. The man told her before following after his mate. -Exit Gavroche- |

Her parents were happy to see her, not that Lucette would expect any less. The femme looked over Saga again as her mother introduced them to one another. "It's nice to meet you, Saga." It felt a little strange becoming a big sister, truth be told. The she-wolf drew in a small breath. Would she be a good one? Would it feel strange having a polar bear as a sibling? She certainly wouldn't be a "big" sister for long. Her mother suggested they move away from the main crowd and Lucy gave a nod of approval. "Probably a good idea." Her attention turned to her dad and she returned his smile. "Me too. Sadly it feels like this visit may feel far too short in the end. Just means we got to enjoy it while it lasts, right?" With that she followed her parents off away from the others. -Exit Lucette- "Talk, 'Think.' |
Lucette has two companions - a kodkod and a saw-scaled viper. Unless otherwise mentioned IC, assume that they are close by.
Bae-Syl, as Lucette's bestie, guardian, and mate is welcome to invade her threads at any time regardless of how they are marked.

Voodoo hadn't responded but that was alright - Beauregard knew there was a lot going on around them. More and more wolves were showing up, strangers mostly, though Beau did see Sayuri. The yearling was happy to see those around them enjoying themselves. Excusing himself away from Voodoo the ashen cream male decided it might be better to slip off. There were a couple things he wanted to check on including the well being of his companions Trill and Blind. He was sure everything would continue to move on fine without him. He was but one wolf. -Exit Beauregard- "Talk, 'Think.' |

He had been content to sit alone for the time being and merely observe those who arrived at this party. Yet, as Alaois sat there, he questioned himself and why he had been so willing to come without Calida. Surely he was a capable soldier but something just felt off. He was about to leave, hoping to slip away unnoticed, when a Koi-marked woman approached him. He arched a brow, a thoughtful yet not unkind frown on his face.
"Evening." He returned her greeting. "A big crowd indeed. Perhaps too big…" A weak excuse to leave but it could be an excuse all the same. "A pleasure miss Sayuri, Kuroo. I am Alaois of Foi." He shifted to his paws. "Forgive me but I am afraid this gathering may be growing a touch too much for my comfort. I wish you both well." And without further explanation the man left.

The girl arrived, her lateness perhaps more unproffessional than fashionable. Recent events had been weighing on her hard, a perfect concoction of nightmares, flawlessly brewed as if some greater being had engineered the last months of spring to be her personal hell. Aside from political messes, she knew she would be of age next season, and she vaguely understood what that could entail. For a girl who prided herself on wisdom beyond her years, the proccess of becoming a woman was still alien and frightening. She had been sleeping in these days, something she mulled over frequently. She was losing herself, becoming an embarrassment. Nothing but a moody, overdramatic teen, the very same she'd shame her sisters for being. Oh, she was glad they could not see her now, snow-white fur a barely kempt mess and a slowness behind her eyes. She made her way to sit beside Wren, gaze sweeping over the attendees. She recognised the tall albino with a glint of amusement. They always seemed to find eachother in these gatherings, and maybe this festival would be one for official introductions. The maned woman and her partner were unfamiliar to Sybil, and she found it difficult to tear her eyes from the tawny wings on the shorter man's back. She also caught sight of the Menagerie's newest mother, Voodoo. She recognised Beau, Audra, Keahi, but the others were new, and she could smell a wide variety of scents, both pack wolf and loner. She would not announce her presence, simply giving the alpha a nod. She did not wish to draw attention to her tardiness, and she hoped Wren would do the same. ⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅ |

Come down, come down sweet reverence
Jynn was still getting settled in Boreas. Well, truth be told she was nowhere near settled. She had yet to pick a place where she wished to spend the summer and fall but she'd made a temporary den near the Rio Grande for the moment. When she'd heard of a festival being put on she'd been quick to rsvp. A little celebration would do her good and the pack was a new one to her. Menagerie was the name but as far as she could tell they seemed friendly enough. Jynn paused to observe the crowd that was already gathered before approaching and finding herself a spot to sit. It was then she saw Audra talking to a snow white man. Excited to see someone she knew she bounded over without another thought. "Audra, hey! How are you? Oh… say, your scent. Are you part of Menagerie?"
