Lorikeet wasn’t one to tussle with a large predator alone. She was far too concerned with gaining scars across her beautiful, unmarred body. She certainly wouldn’t have gone after this bear alone. It was true that Heiðinn was lousy with bears, but this was her first time encountering one without the handsome Vidarr at her side.

It was lousy luck, really, that led to the bear exiting the den, and cutting her off from Spice. The cat’s alarmed howl caught her attention first, and then she was diving in. Grabbing the bear's attention before it could hurt her oldest friend and companion. She lowered her antlers, and charged.

"Speech"

Tenshi had been minding her own business. Making her way through the snow from one cavern to the next. She had not expected to come across trouble during this time of day. Lost in thought about what the future would hold, she was startled when a loud yowl echoed from higher up the slope. Pausing for a moment, Tenshi looks at her two snow leopards with hesitation. Was someone in trouble? It wasn't often a feline was up here alone. Wasting no more time as concern seeps into her, Tenshi makes her way to the commotion. Snarls and grunts fill the air as she enters the scene. A large bear is entangled with a wolf. Lorikeet, right? Vidarr had mentioned her. The blue fur, the mismatched eyes, a pretty face. Tenshi would always be there for anyone that belonged to Heidinn. Even if they hadn't officially met yet. Flicking her chin from her companions to the bear, they understood without anything being spoken. The two felines moved forward and leaped on the bear's back, one on each flank. A sufficient distraction so Tenshi could rush in and try to help move the bear away from the other feline and Lorikeet.

Lorikeet needed to be more cautious then she had in her bear fights with Vidarr. This time, there wasn’t a mountain of a wolf to take the brunt of the bear's attention. She used her antlers to keep distance between them, and was careful not to let the points get stuck in flesh.

Suddenly, leopards were there, joining in the fight. She took a step back, startled, and saw the gold wolf. She recognised the scent of pack on her, but knew they weren’t a wolf she had met. She grinned at her back up, bolstered by her appearance. “Your timing is impeccable” She purred warmly, using the advantage to move around the bear and scoop Spice off the rock. She wasn’t about to leave the fight, however

"Speech"

The bear roared with a fierce rumble. Raising up onto his hind legs in an attempt to shake the leopards, Tenshi pressed forward. Lowering her horns so that they faced the bear’s soft belly, she danced out of the swiping claws way. Only seconds pass until she hears the delicious purr of the blue antlered woman. One flick of her gaze in that direction and she sees the woman scoop up her companion. Relief washes over her for a split second before she redirects back to the bear.

Lunging forward, Tenshi aims to stab at the bear’s belly. Going through fur and skin, the tips of her antlers gouge into fat and are now coated with blood. As she tries to pull away, the bear reaches down to grab on to her back. The beast hovers over her and Tenshi is worried now that this is the end…

Lorikeet turned back to the battle. Her companion was securely positioned on her shoulders. Spice’s claws dug in, but she was accustomed to the familiar pinch now. As she reassessed the fight, she realised that Tenshi was in danger. Her antlers had pierced the bear, and the larger creature was leaning down.

Without hesitating, Keetie lurched forward, leaping onto the back of the bear. Her feline-like claws were useful here. Just as Keetie had on her back, she extended them. Finding purchase in the bears claw, enough so to pullerself higher. She grabbed at the bear's shoulder, and used her antlers to pierce the back of its neck. She felt them hit spin, and dug in deeper. Throwing her whole body into the motion as the bear began to twitch and tremble beneath her.

"Speech"

Just as she thought things were going to end, she felt the impact of Keetie hurdling at the bear. The bear stumbled as Keetie dug into its flesh and once more, relief washes over Tenshi. She pulls back and yanks her antlers from the bear’s belly. Blood beings to spill and coat the snow beneath them. Her own snow leopards have released their grip on the bear and dropped down to grab ahold of the bear’s ankles. Their claws slice into the tendons so the bear is forced to drop.

Tenshi has made space between her and battle to catch her breath. A few inhales and exhales before she goes to end it all. She can see the life draining from the bear already as it continues to try and fling Keetie and the leopards off. Not wanting to risk anyone being hurdled off the cliff, Tenshi lunges forward. Her antlers once more pointed downward and at the bear’s exposed neck. Tender flesh rips and blood spills as its artery is pierced.
