Beauregard's paws lead him from his meeting with Haydee to Mika and the others, then to Phoenix. And now the man found himself traversing through the lands of Auster. Purpose carried him onward and his companions accompanied him. Blind trotted close to him, a companion that had been bought up North for him. He thought of Mercury, the man who had gifted her to him. What had become of Mercury? He furrowed his brow. Had he joined Avalon and chose to stand with Corbie? Or had he found another home? Beau had been thankful for the man who helped build him up. His gaze would lift as he entered a forest. Fog rolled in at his paws and Beauregard glanced at his fox companion. "Take caution Blind. Trill, I want you to fly above the fog and help lead us through this area." Then his gaze shifted to what was before him. Was that a pair of eyes within the fog? That or he could see a floating head. Beau slowed, ears flicking with uncertainty at what he saw. "Hello?" He tried calling out.

Skorgek looked to her through the fog and darkness of the forest her tail brushing the air. Giving her a look of malice one might not otherwise catch. Her ears perked as she spoke softly, well as softly as one with her issues could. "Hello, Who is you?" her eyes looked up the green orbs lighing the sockets of the mask revealing themselves as she moved closer. Skorgek working to observe the visitor. Satchel over neck several herbs and berries filling the satchel currently. It was her most recent harvest. Her tail flicking eagerly behind her as she looked up curiously. She was not a large creature nor very threatening. She was actually more of a gentle soul. Her tail brushing back and forth slowly. She stopped at a wolfs length away to not trigger any amount of threat. She was rather peaceful despite sounding agressive.

Beauregard was wary, hearing the quiet calls of his bluejay as she tried to keep tabs on things from above. She would sound the alert that another wolf was ahead just as the wraith spoke. He could see her eyes, somewhat of a figure in the fog, though he questioned it by how the stuff swirled around. The voice was feminine, but it sounded rougher. Yet, as she drew closer, he took notice of just how small she was. He could also pick up the scent or herbs and berries near her even if he was unable to see the bag she had. And though her voice was rougher around the edges he realized from what he could see, her eyes mostly, she held no hostilities. Beau let his fur lay flat. She didn’t appear to be looking for a fight. “My name is Beauregard Ravenwood, though you may call me Beau. I am merely passing through these lands and do not wish to bring you or anyone else here harm.” Hopefully that should clear up enough.

Skorgek looks up curiously as her tail brushed back and forth curiously. Her eyes glimmering in the brief light as the clouds passed over head. Lighting the visage within her ghostly face. Her eyes sparkling as she Her body barely contained the excitement. In restraint she spoke softly. "Skorgek!, Friend!" her eyes looking up to the massive wolf. Her eyes almost sparkling at the size difference. "You friend, understood" her body stood up after a moment before she began to examine the large golden wolf. " Her Ghastly appearance seeming less threatening as she now sniffed about the large canine. "Beau is good" she said sharply before sitting quietly once more across from the other.

The femme was an odd one, her speech alone causing Beau to quirk a brow. Skorgek… the name was also a bit strange, but who was he to judge? She was happy, and she wasn’t hostile, thankfully. She drew closer, examining him, and he would relax as he looked her over. She appeared to be about his age, but closer to Haydee in size. Her coat was also calico patterned, her face white, and yet as the man looked at her he couldn’t but think of Gavroche. Could this woman be related to the Kedieo family? She certainly looked like she could be. “That’s right. I’m a friend.” His expression softened. Now that she had come closer, sniffing at him, he noticed the scent of another woman on her coat. “I’m going to be living in a nearby land with my mates soon, and making a pack. If you and your friend ever need help, you can come visit us, okay?” Ahh, but to do that he needed to finish his mission. “Though… perhaps you can help me, Skorgek. Do you know the way through these woods?” "Speech" 'Thought.'

The smaller wolf looked up to Beauregard. Her eyes flitting back and forth as she spoke softly, "Yes, Skorgek Knows path. However, for now, Slow due to burning" Skorgek said with an annoyed sigh. The large scar had left a red splotch on her hind leg. As well as for the time being affected her speed.
Skorgek's tail flitted back and forth when she mentioned the burn. Her eyes looked up at Beauregard before she said, "Which path?, Canyon, or Lake?" she questioned her eyes focusing on the ground as if looking for something. Her ghostly expression now seemed to try and find something particular. She soon paused and stood in front of a flower sniffing at it curiously.

Skorgek knew of the path but explained she needed to move slower. He blinked at this - burning? How had the woman been burned? With his taller height he couldn’t see the red area that left the scar on her leg, but he didn’t believe that she would be lying. At her question of which path, Beauregard spoke softly. “To the other side of the canyon - there is a forest in that direction with a big waterfall. I need to go beyond that, back into Boreas.” He explained. As he spoke he watched the woman, seeing how her attention seemed to quickly jump as she sniffed at a flower on the ground. Something appeared off with her, but she was nice enough, so there wasn’t really a reason to be concerned about it. “Do you have what you need to treat the burn? There is a place called God’s Garden that lies close to the forest where I am going. Many, many herbs grow there. It could be worth looking for some there. Err… if you have an idea of what they are…” He didn’t. He was hopeless when it came to plants. "Speech," 'Thought.'
