Flurry was taking her sweet ass time getting back home from Armada lands. She needed to get her head right, figure out how she was gonna approach everything she'd learned. How she was going to approach sharing what the warlord had told her with her father. She supposed she'd get her answer on if her words would mean anything after that, one way or the other. What Flurry needed was a chance to go back to her old self. If only for a bit. Something to get her mind back to where it had once been. Maybe that was why she was taking so long, she was looking for something to amuse herself with. Maybe a pretty face, a girl to flirt with. Or a man she guessed. Or some other gender. Honestly she wasn't picky at the best of times and right now she was almost desperate. Hell she'd even be happy with the rude glowing man who couldn't take a compliment from the last raid, though she had to admit he'd be a tough nut to crack the challenge would be worth it. Flurry sighed and plopped herself down under the shade of one of the Willows, not that shade was what any of them needed right now, really it was more like shelter from the light drizzle that had been on and off all day. This spring was proving to be a wet one, after a stormy winter she wasn't sure it was that much of an improvement. |

As she started to explore, Cheiren started to notice some herbs that were familiar to her from her homeland. Valerian root, marshmallow… she knew these herbs. Knew what they did, and how to use them. Duotoned eyes brightening as she made her way towards both the herbs, she managed to completely miss the other wolf in the vicinity. Stopping just next to the valerian and marshmallow, Cheiren began to start to carefully gather some of the herbs. Just what she needed - perfect herbs to start building up a stock of herbs here within the land.

Ask for a pretty face and ye shall receive it seemed. A earthen woman appeared! Flurry watched in silence for a while, at first sure she'd been spotted but apparently not. Then she watched in silence out of curiosity wondering if the woman's rooting around would lead her close to where Flurry was lounging. Luckily for Flurry and probably unluckily for the stranger she hit the threshold that meant Flurry was about to reveal herself. "Boo." Flurry said softly as she stuck her head through the leafy drapes not too far from the woman. "What's gotcha so focused? " A weird introduction? Maybe but Flurry was nothing if not unconventional. It was part of her charm, and part of what had caused the mess she was in to begin with. Someone conventional wouldn't have gone all the way to the northern part of the continent to talk to the leader of her family's enemies instead of just talking to her family. Flurry would literally offer herself to the wolves instead of going to therapy. But hey at least she wasn't boring, or at least she didn't think she was. |
