Achey Breaky Heart

She had returned home finally after a long journey. She had only been back for a few days, but the ache in her heart after finding what she had upon returning to her homeland had been a devastating blow. She was full of anger. Anger she had never felt before. She felt lost. Uncertain of her future. Was she the last of the Haruno clan now? Had they all been destroyed? And she the only survivor because she had left a few years ago? She missed her brothers terribly, but she had found no trace of them back home. Her thoughts often went back to the attack on Tojo...the voice she heard from one of the attackers had been vaguely familiar, but she couldn't place who it belonged to.

Heaving a heavy sigh, the woman approached the field upon which others fought. She surveyed the land, noticing how closely it resembled what she had found when she returned home. The only difference? This place wasn't on fire, and the bones that stuck out of the ground had no flesh upon them. She felt that anger build as flashes of the memory of what she had seen crossed her mind, and so she threw her head back, calling for someone to help distract her from it all.
