Insanity knocking [joining]

Without the structure of those that stood beside her it seemed the queen had fallen on hard time. Another had stepped up to take what she had come to rebuild. Part of her was hurt but perhaps, in the long run, with what she desired, it was for the best. She had ties to make and things to care for and being in charge of so many it was difficult to work for what they all wanted, those that followed her, those that still cared, they wanted revenge and she would give it to them.
She sat at the boarders; she had always respected the rules of asking permission. Trespassing had been one of her least favorite things and had been a thing worth of enslavement, all depending on the circumstances that is. She was a wolf of reason after all and if a half starved, half crazed wolf come searching for a potential meal without any regard for what reality was telling them she could be swayed to instead care for them. This new king, she knew the trouble of leading alone, he would need someone and her loyalty never swayed. She cared for them and all her pack wolves and perhaps those traits could be fair for this new king.
She pulled her head upright and summoned him. Honesty was what she would give him and she would make no mistake to keep her alternate plans to herself. No, perhaps he would respect her honesty and perhaps he would shun her but never the less she would try. She could feel the bit of insanity dancing up her mind and she wished not to lose herself again. Her children needed a home and she wouldn?t abandon them.
