One more down, one more to go before she would head back home and nurse her wounds for the next few days. She could already feel a difference; her stamina had gotten much better and she had found that her overall strength was improving as well. As long as she kept up the good, protein-rich meals and her daily exercise then she would be good to go in no time. It excited her... she wanted to make up for lost time.
The sun was sitting high up in the midday sky and was making the desert warm for an autumn afternoon. Widow took a drink of water from the bladder she had brought along before calling for the final challenger of the day. Nothing could surprise her at this point, but that didn't stop her from being curious. After fighting a man much larger than her and a polar bear, what was next?
