The rabbit dangled limply from the ivory girl?s jaws, rose colored orbs roving over the landscape. Honestly she was surprised she had managed to catch the rodent, most of the rabbits had been driven underground when winter had started, tucked away in their warm little holes. Still she was happy she had. It would not be prey for her though, as much as she wished it was. Dainty paws hitting the ground she began to wander further from the heart of the pack lands. She wasn?t wholly sure where she was going, she hadn?t seen the young female in a few days and she certainly didn?t know where she had made her den.
Still she managed to make out a scent, though it was hard to make it out as it was masked by the scent of her kill, but she decided to follow it, it was as good a lead as any. It would hit her eventually, the scent was that of milk, she was certain now the woman she was seeking was this way. Finally coral eyes landed upon the form of a den, and she hurried her pace. Stopping just beyond the entrance to the underground room she lowered her head some, peering curiously into the dark before dropping the carcase in her mouth. "I come bearing gifts." She raised her head and settled upon her haunches, unsure how to proceed. Alamea did not really know the young woman within the den, and she wasn?t certain she would welcome a stranger entering her den. Azalea had given birth not that long ago, if the scents from inside the den where to be believed and that could mean she was even less inclined to allow Alamea inside, so she would sit and wait outside.
