Lia was allowed to venture beyond her new pack's border according to the new laws crafted by its Archdruid. She hoped that by the time her grace period was over, she had proved herself capable of having the freedom to go where she pleased. Perhaps that was a part of what sent her on a little adventure, though she hadn’t intended to travel as far as she did.

Having already travelled this far, she decided to head to the Armada and use some of her good will to trade for herbs. As she neared the familiar northern territory, she caught the scent of a tiger on the wind. She paused, scanning her surroundings with a careful eye.

Mothers ravens circled above as he stalked the tiger that he'd been following since he crossed over the syndicates borders earlier. It would make for a nice rug or coat, or whatever else a tiger pelt could be used for. Other parts were useful too, and he was certain that it could be of use to the pack. He might still be just a pup, but he was growing like a weed. Taking out the tiger alone would be hard, yes, but he believed that he could do it.

Out of the corner of his eye, however, he noticed someone in the distant. Wondering if it was a sibling or packmate, he squinted at them but they didn't look very familiar. It seemed they were aware of the tiger as well, and briefly Dracun wondered if he should hurry ahead to handle it himself. However, it was a tiger, and it wasn't like he was on the syndicates borders. If he got hurt, the walk back would be rough.

Sighing, he closed some of the distance between him and the stranger. "We can split the reward if you help me get that tiger," he said, cutting to the chase without an introduction or pleasantries.

Lia startled in surprise - not so much at the pup that trotted towards her, but the bold statement from one so young and small. Having spent her childhood in fear, she couldn’t comprehend one so brash and unafraid. She also realised with no small measure of worry, that even if she didn’t agree, he would likely take it on alone.

No pups would be dying under her watch. “Deal.” She said, hoping she wasn’t doing the wrong thing. No time to reconsider, the tiger had decided the red wolf would be an easy meal. She almost sensed the moment it sprung, and she leaped at the tiger. Lowering her antlers, she tried to catch its forward momentum on the points of her main defence.

Perhaps he had underestimated the tiger a bit. Distracted by talking with the older woman whom he did not recognized, he missed the rustling of leaves until the tiger was almost upon him. The woman surged forward and intercepted the tiger with her antlers while Dracun took the opportunity presented to him and went for the tigers stomach as it was suspended above him by the womam.

Fangs sank into tender flesh as he tore, but given the loose skin of the feline, the injuries were mostly superficial. The animal roared regardless and kicked at him blindly with a hind paw. Seeing the chance, he grabbed the flailing foot and bit down before side-stepping out from under the animal, twisting it's hip outward while crushing its toes.

Her initial drive, perhaps unexpected, was a success. She felt the sudden weight of the tiger as its chest was impaled by her antlers. She struggled, her body quivering with the strain for a moment. The red marked pup took the opportunity and moved under the tiger. She could tell only by movement in the corner of her eyes as the tiger snapped its jaws towards her, snarling and attempting to reach her despite its impaled body.

She struggled to find the balance of holding its weight and manoeuvring herself to pull her antlers out from under it. This was exactly the sort of situation Eltry’s had warned her about. With a gasp she finally managed to pull free, unstopping the wound on the tiger's shoulder which suddenly bled feely. Just as the pup side-stepped out from under the tiger, it crashed back down to all four paws. She dove down the side of, swiping her antlers down its rump as she moved. Trying to maximise how much damage she was causing it.

With the wolves standing on either side of the tiger now, it would only be a matter of minutes before the animal was brought down. It came crashing down to its paws shortly after he moved out of the way and although it kicked at him to shake him off, it seemed more threatened and distracted by the woman with antlers than the pup crushing it's toes. That didn't stop it from occasionally swinging its head around and snapping at the pup though, only to be poked and jabbed and scraped by the antlers some more.

Timing the tiger's head swings, Dracun waited until the tiger began to swing its head around before letting go of the foot only to swing his own head around and aiming his fangs underneath the tigers jaw to reach for it's throat. He opened his mouth as wide as he could and when he felt the short, coarse fur of the feline against his tongue he crushed his jaws closed as hard as he could and added a bit of a shake for effect, sinking his fangs into the trachea of the cat and tearing it open.

Blood rushed out as the animal grew weak immediately collapsing between them as it gasped for air it wouldn't receive. Letting go of the tigers throat as it fell, he licked his bloodied lips and looked towards the woman, panting softly but seeming otherwise unfazed. "Which parts do you want?"
