Cryptis was a healer. She may not have devoted as much of her life to the arts as the likes of Crux, or others she knew. But she was a healer all the same. Hearing the very strange rumours of the worms that were infesting the bodies, she decided to see what she could do. She had a healer's kit with her, and she set up near the prominence, where it all seemed to have started.

She let out a howl, calling out for any infected wolves to find her so that she might try her own paw at experimenting and seeing what she could do to aid those in need.


"Cryptis"

She wasn't feeling good. Perhaps it was just pregnancy, or at least thats what she wanted to tell herself, until one of her piss breaks. Blood in her stool. Definitely not a good sign. By now she was like a blimp. Bloated but also full of babies. Ultyr would definitely want her to get cured she was sure.

Her eye was on the surrounding area as a call brought her in this direction. A call that signified someone who wanted to help. She was taking in the area as she moved to find them. The way the trees and land broke from the desert, and the way the land seemed to thrive were nice. She definitely liked the temperature here. A chill was another thing she felt. Fever? Possible.

She came to the edge of the valley and the prominence. That was where she saw the dame of charcoal and gold. A press of her ears and she moved closer, dropping her gaze. Could she help? She didn't want to explode worms like the poor dear she had caught them from. She stopped a little ways from them glancing up briefly. Her communication method being pulled from her bag. A small question wrote for the other after she found a blank page in her book. Can you help me without killing my babies? that was the big problem that she was facing. She turned the book and held it so the other could read her words.

Cryptis did not expect the wolf that answered her call. Small, even by Triss’s standards… and clearly pregnant. She was here in answer to the summons of worm-infected wolves, and Triss let out a soft breath at the challenge she posed. She wished Crux was here, but in this, she was alone.

“Okay, this will change my plan a little…” Triss said, grabbing out what she needed and laying it before her. “Garlic is one of the more mild herbs that has anti-parasitic and antimicrobial effects. I’m going to couple it with Calendula, which should aid in repairing any tissue damage the worms may have caused. I’m also going to mix in a very small amount of cooked Elderberry too, to boost your immune system” she explained as she finished her mixture. “Take this, and lie down so I can keep an eye on you.” She suggested.
