She was someone Loccian trusted, thought would know best about such a situation. Paws would carry her quickly over the open ground of the kingdom, making her way from the southern forest to the area were Silent and Bronze den was. This was important and needed an older more experienced woman for it. The grey woman still couldn't understand it though, it wasn't her time, no, far from it, how could this happen? With a heavy sigh she would come to a stop a few feet from the den, ears back against her head. Slowly her eyes would close, and she would take in a deep breath. After a few seconds she would let out a low bark, not loud to disturb the woman but enough to grab her attention. Loccian made sure not to come too early in the morning, not wanting to wake the woman and her children. ?Silent... could we talk?? Her voice held the usual gentleness, but held a bit of worry. Silent

Time had passed since the last encounter of the two wolves. When Loccian had left Silent, the black female was in a state of disarray and heartache over losing her husband to the war. With the help of Faolan's careful measurements of the herbs Loccian had provided, her health and moods had become leveled out and she was better. Vibrant emerald green eyes shined like they hadn't in years, radiating the face that so many had grown to love and hate alike. She felt more alive, less depressed about the situation, and her outlook on Bronze returning was filled with a permanent hope. It was this dramatic change in Silent that was revealed to the Ambassador. Silent rose from the den floor, uncurling her tail around the large pups that were now entering their seventh month of youth. She felt a soft nudge against her right hind thigh and saw that Faolan had awoken from the movement. A soft and loving smile caressed her lips as she gazed at her silvery son. His own green eyes were slowly becoming lighter, but he didn't pay too much attention to it. Instead, he wanted to know what Silent was being called for, but decided to lower himself back down next to Ara. Maybe his mother would tell him later. Silent's attention then turned to Loccian as she padded her way out of the large den. She shook her vibrant black fur all over, showing off the voluptuous body that she had been graced with. Slender form turned to face Loccian as Silent's words of greeting rose in the air. "Hello, Loccian...and yes, my lady, we certainly can." She turned a triangular ear in the direction of the den, listening for any more movements of her children. Faolan had begun to fall back to sleep again, so she then looked at Loccian with her full attention. Paws started to carry the elder she-wolf away from the den as she opened the floor of conversation. "What seems to be on your mind? You look worried about something."

Within moments the woman would stir within her den then make her way out, greeting Loccian then asking what the problem was. She would give a dip of her head in greeting, picking herself up and moving with Silent away from the den. She would take a deep breath, her grey eyes looking to the sky in a few minutes of silence. "I was wondering... what was it like with your first litter?" Voice was quiet, almost a whisper but loud enough for the woman to hear. The Ambassador needed to know, had to see if what she was feeling was because she has little lives growing within her. It was strange to think, mainly because it wasn't the right time of the year but mostly because it was unbeliveable that it could be happening to her.

The question that swept across Silent's ears made her facial expression change. Her smile widened and her emerald green eyes sparkled with happiness that was evident from the silver lining of Loccian's inquiry. The Dame lightly chuckled and continued to walk beside the gray Ambassador, thinking over her answer with great care. Finally, she opened her lips and smooth words of her experience came out. "Those days seem so long ago, Loccian," she chided, tones warm and inviting to the other female. "When I was pregnant with our Fire Light, I knew it as soon as it happened. My tummy began to develop butterflies and I felt excited all of the time in my abdomen. There was always movement, even from the very beginning when she hadn't formed into a fetus yet. My inner core changed and my hormones changed as well. I felt more in tune with myself as a lady and began to feel a slight heaviness in my womb..." Her eyes had misted over from the memories as she remembered herself heavily laden with Light. "I was kind of brokenhearted about losing my figure, but when you are that young, such things are prioritized differently then." It was then that Silent's gaze returned to normal and she looked at Loccian with the same sparkling eyes. "If I may ask...why are you so intrigued by my experience, Loccian?" "talking"

Loccian would listen closely as they walked, but she would try looking casual as she walked, not wanting to seem too curious or into what the older woman was saying. Butterflies in her stomach, core changed, hormones changed, abdomen grew heavy. The figure the Ambassador didn't really mind, she had always been small, some of the reason why her father had ditched her. With Silents question on why she was asking, the shewolf would take a deep breath, looking down at her paws for a few moments before finally speaking in a hushed tone. "i... Think I'm pregnant miss silent." What a strange thing to say, pregnant, sure, she saw other women having children but it just seemed right... Not for her. "I don't really understand, it s not my time to be having children." Eyes would narrow in confusion, but she knew it was right to tell somebody who had litters before, and she felt she could trust Miss silent, she was a nice woman.

The news of Loccian possibly being pregnant made Silent's heart swell. She didn't understand why, but she was eager to see the female show some signs of carrying pups. A part of her figured that Loccian had wanted this for a long time, and after being without finding love until recently, it made sense that this unexpected blessing arose. Silent's thoughts of a positive outlook for Loccian began to swim around in her mind at a quicker pace, so she spoke before they got out of control. "It is possible to have them out of your season, dear Ambassador," Silent tenderly said. "If you are feeling the same symptoms I did, then you quite possibly are." Her tail swayed behind her as they continued to walk, curiosity ever the beacon in her eyes. "If you don't mind me asking, what kind of symptoms have you been feeling since your night of passion?" "talking"

Loccian would give a low sigh at Silent's words, yes of course, why hadn't she thought of that. Just because most women had children in Spring, didn't mean there were those who had them during different seasons. Ears would face Silent when she brought up the symptoms, if she had what Silent had, then she was quite possibly pregnant and asked what she was experiencing since her night of passion... the word made a shiver run down her spine and a feeling of embarrassment wash over her. It was just... an odd thing to hear, probably because she wasn't used to it at all. Silently the grey woman would think about symptoms she has been having since that night. From the first day she could remember, it was a few days after it was done. "Well..." She would take a deep breath. "I find myself a bit out of breath, even just walking from the lake to the barn makes me tired. Sometimes I feel nauseous in the morning and at night, and getting dizzy doesn't help it either." She would pause for a moment, coming to a stop to look up at the sky with a small breath. "I crave food more than I usually do, and if I don't eat then I get a horrible headache, not even my herbs seem to help it." She silently listened as Loccian spoke of the symptoms she had been feeling. Each symptom was analyzed by the black female, making the conclusion more obvious: Loccian was pregnant. Silent's face still had the happy smile on it, but it widened in length and made the beautiful face radiate as an effect. "Loccian..." she said softly, tones warm and full of a simmering life. "You are indeed pregnant, my dear...I don't know how could be since it doesn't usually happen out of season, but you are." The female's black tail wagged behind her and swayed in an easygoing manner after she spoke. Reclining to her haunches, Silent waited for a response. "How do you feel about it all, Loccian?"

LIFE OF LIVES beginning to the end Faolan's curiosity ended up getting the best of him. Instead of staying in the den with his siblings for their nap, he was eager to hear the words spoken between the two females. Without telling Ara, who was laying next to him, he rose and clumsily bounced out of the den. He quickly recovered from the stumbling of his front paws and tried to be discreet as he wandered towards the nearby bushes. His seven-month-old paws carried him through the dead branches, bright green eyes searching for the two familiar adult forms. When he finally reached them, he heard the surprising news: Loccian was pregnant. He broke through the woods, not caring if they were surprised at his presence or that he was being rude for interrupting them. "Mama, is it true?!" His gaze quickly shifted from Silent to Loccian. She would confirm it, Loccian was pregnant. So many thoughts and emotions flooded the woman, fear, uncertainty, happiness and much more. What would happen with them, would Gerhardt be pleased? Eyes would close for a few moments, silent as she tried to take light breaths, taking this in. Ears twitched as Silent asked how she felt about it, then a smaller voice asking if she would be a mother. Loccian opened her eyes, grey orbs falling upon the pup they had been talking about, Faolan. Out of embarrassment she would move a limb in front of her stomach, a shy smile forming on her lips. "I may be a mother, and they are growing... in my womb."
