What is the Organization of Nall?

Also known as the empire of Nall, they are an organization that take on any who see themselves as weak and want to improve. Weather of light allignments or dark alignments seeking ambitions they accept those who will be willing to keep it a secret they are here(less they be hunted down) and want something to be done with themselves. It is not to be mistaken as a pack, or anything like a family. The Leader is strictly kept secret and the only one who knows who they are is the sub leader. As such the organization is here to help those who want to become stronger in this devastating world of alacritis.

How does a wolf join the Organization?

Simple, you must first find out what the organization is, rumors are sure to spread of the group but not yet since it has just arrived but that is the first step. The leader will never reveal themselves at this time it seems so the sub leader is in charge of accepting those into the organization and helping handle training ect. Members can help each other out if one is ambitious for a pack ect. But to join you must contact the sub leader and he will assess you. The organization does not care of your affiliation, pack, gender, or anything. You simply have to be ambitious, and willing to obey the leader without fail to reach your goal.

1. Do not speak of the Organization

As far as you are concerned there is no organization. It's a myth, a legend, A SECRET. Your life outside of the organization is completely separate from the one inside. Since it does not matter who or where you came from. But this is a strict rule. The nall empire is a secret, it does not exist, simple as that.

2.Got enemies inside the organization?

If you're packs have quarrels outside of the organization, get over them here and now. The organization is not your outside world, you are here to reach your goal not start problems in something that isn't even a pack at all. If you have a problem with someone, get over it, or risk punishment. Nall is a totally different world than the one you live on the outside.

3.Do not question the leader or sub leader

Upon being accepted and sworn to secrecy you have agreed to take any advice the sub leader or orders the leader gives. They are not necessarily orders as they are training techniques and schedules for you to reach your goal. So there is really nothing to complain about. Nall is not here to keep you prisoner, they simply want to make something out of the weak for help, and ensure safety upon the other members within Nall if one falls.

4.We are NOT a pack

The empire is not a pack, it is not even remotely close to one because of their goal. Members are not to go around flaunting a rank they have received, or otherwise challenge for something in the pack. They aren't a shelter either. Do not look for help within the pack unless it's for you to reach an ambitious goal. We are not nice, we simply have a goal to give the world a change around for the underdogs wishing to make something of themselves.

5.Questions within reason are encouraged

Any questions can be directed at the sub leader, as such keep them within reason. Otherwise your question will not be answered. So it is encouraged as such.

-If you endanger the organization, you will try to be eradicated but first with a warning. The safety of the members come FIRST, and your goal is considered your first priority but not as a whole. This being said, feel free to gather members to help your cause. But they must be trustworthy. This organization isn't to be pulled out that quickly. If it collapses the leaders identity is kept a secret for a reason so that they are not harmed by your actions.-

Leader

Unknown

The leader does not reveal themselves to any but the sub leader so they are unknown. All the members need to know is that the leader is loyal to them and their cause for power. Those who try to seek out who the leader is will be removed from the group and if you speak of the organization members will be ordered to try and shut you up.


Sub-Leader

Sub leader is the only one who knows the identity of the leader. He is the one who accepts members, and relay messages to meetings or otherwise training schedules. Act as if he is the 'leader' so it seems like the leader does not exist at all. For their safety.

Guardian

Open

The only other rank other than members is the guardian. Specially picked by the sub leader they help with training, but also may act as spy to make sure members are not disclosing the organizations existence other than rumors that may arise. They are extremely trusted, and most likely have been in the organization for some time.

Members

Tankyu-Sha - Becoming less fearful of being alone, and able to hold her own against wolves even if jut long enough to run away


The members are here with their listed ambition(though only the sub-leader knows of this ambition and those the member wants to know about it). They have joined because they see themselves as 'weak' and or want to achieve a certain goal. This means, gaining a rank in their pack, becoming an alpha, or otherwise winning a certain challenge or just becoming stronger. As such the organizations job is to help you achieve the goal within the fact that it is kept a secret and the safety of members is kept.



Know that the organization is not JUST FOR THE WEAK, if you want help finding your cat, then so be it, the wolves will help you train in tracking skills to find your cat. So anyone can join, it doesn't matter.

Well Ardhel could definitely be in on this, she doesn't consider herself weak as such, just, lacking in experience and would like to climb ranks and stuffs.

After being force claimed [pending results] she would love to join the organization.

Note: The organization isn't just for ambitious or weak things. If your character is searching for a companion, family, or even wanting to learn more about fighting, herbs, other things they are free to come to Ortzi from the rumors. Or he may ask people to join! So don't think it's only a fighting group only thing.

Well when starting a thread you can just have wolves who have said who they think might be part of this secret group. Or if etern takes an interest in you, he may just invite you anyway if rejected then he'll ask not to say anything otherwise he may do something bad -.^
