Beautiful Eyes

The territory in which Ellis found herself setting paw in, well, it was beautiful. Willows were all around, the only type of tree found in the area, and they were older, their branches reaching out and almost brushing the ground. The small woman was in awe of them, mind wondering what kinds of plants would grow in such an area. So she would set off in her search, paws touching the ground with hardly a sound. The woman moved light on her feet, a practiced art that told of her choice to flee rather than fight.
Teal-green eyes would fall upon a good sized pond, plants growing around it. There were even lily pads floating on the water, frogs sitting on a couple. Ellis would slow, her tail wagging slightly at the sight. So many beautiful things lay hidden in this world, and in Alacritia alone. The female would take a breath, a bright smile coming onto her maw. Perhaps she could stay here for a couple hours before gathering any useful herbs and returning to the bay.

Fools! They could not compare to his beauty, it wasn't possible. His feminine beauty of a pup was magnificent. He rolled his hind quarters through the forest a bit ways away from the den. Lifting up his chin, his siblings he loved them to death but they didn't have to make fun of his beautiful fur like that. "I like my fur the way it is." he complained in a rather girly high pitched voice. Flamboyent and all the lump of fluffy fur sat down near a tree and his silver eyes watched the outside. Wait, there was someone near the pond. And it wasn't mommy, Raven, nor Vahva. He excitedly stood unaware of the danger of strangers at his age and stumbled along until he reached his pond. He smiled there was another wolf there, maybe she would be able to see the magnificence in his coat.
"Scuusseee me, can you look at my coat." He flashed himself in front of her suddenly. One paw on his chest stretched out, with his tail straight. He was not quiet fully white yet, still cream because of his age. But still obviously proud of his appearance and oddly innocent all the same. He flashed a grin at her as he waited for her to answer.

A sudden voice would catch Ellis' attention. Her eyes would turn to the pup, blinking with surprise as she looked to the youngester. A smile would immediately spread across her face as she looked upon him, standing there as if he was a show of royalty. A soft, warm natured chuckle would pass her lips as her teal-green eyes took on his sight. He was so little, probably no more than two months old, if that. For sure he was adorable, though Ellis always had a soft spot for pups. The female would lower down so that she was closer to his level before she spoke again.
"A lovely, beautiful coat if I ever did see one." He had an innocent way about him, and if she hadn't known better by his scent she might have mistaken the youngling for a female by his high pitched voice and girlish figure. The pup didn't seem bothered by any of this though, and, honestly, why should he? He should be proud of what he looked like. It was his body after all. "My name is Ellis, young one. What might yours be?" Though she was not as young as this pup Ellis still had her own little quirks of naivity. Like not thinking a mother or father wolf might be lurking somewhere nearby the pup.
