White ear, spot over his eyes, sock for his left forepaw and stocking for his left hind leg, and his whole tail. One emerald green eye and the other one is a milky, blurry white, which is blind. Many scars fold over that eye.

Oops! Almost accepted this before I realized something belatedly.
On his application he is listed as being 36" but his profile says he is 39". Could one of these be edited so that it matches up?
