Her sparring partner had been announced, and as soon as the words fell from Meinx's maw, Senka retreated from the meeting thread. Aislinn was not a name that she was familiar with, but the girl figured that she would probably have the advantage of age, though it was unlikely that the other would be larger than Senka at least. The other could be trained - or perhaps not. Did it matter? Senka was well aware of the fact that this could define her standing in the pack, but she couldn't bring herself to stress about it. Perhaps this, in its own way, was a strength, for it left Senka loose and relaxed as she waited for Aislinn to follow her from the meeting ground. As she waited, Senka settled into a defensive position, balancing her weight evenly between her four paws and pinning her ears back against her skull. Her tail was stretched out behind her paws to offer her more balance, and her shoulders scrunched forwards as she lowered her head slightly. "I offer you the first move," Senka's voice was casual and unconcerned as she waited for Aislinn to take action, hopefully coming across as slightly unnerving due to her relaxed outer appearance. The name of her chosen sparring partner echoed in the woman's mind. Senka. The meeting had slowly disbanded as others left to begin their fights. The earth toned lady found herself facing Senka, a younger looking girl painted in many shades of ash and ivory. Granted the first move, Aislinn would now set her defenses before starting the fight. She planted her legs an equal distance apart, distributing her weight evenly. Her toes were splayed out on the ground and her claws dug into the soil for grip and balance. Her tail and head were aligned with her spine. She rolled her shoulders forward and she raised her hackles to protect her throat and neck. She bent her knees slightly as she tightened her core. Ears were flat on her skull and she parted her jaw in a small snarl. She gazed out through narrowed wicked eyes, meeting her opponent's amethyst gems. It was time to prove her skill and abilities. Aislinn would run head on, attempting to close the distance between herself and Senka. Before reaching Senka (when there is only a foot between them), she would twist her body so her right side faced Senka. Aislinn next attempted to slam her right shoulder into the right side of Senka's chest. Whilst doing so, Aislinn's jaws would latch onto Senka's upper left cheek, attempting to bite and sink her teeth to cause lacerates.
