She?d find her way slowly forward with Dutiron by her side, they?d slowed down much since the storms but in reality she didn?t mind much. She?d heave a sigh as she leaned into her mate, his warmth a comfort as they drew more near her granddaughter?s den. They?d heard what had taken place, and the children that followed. Excitement would run through her no matter the situation. They were great grandparents. An amused smile would tug at the corners of her lips as they found their way to the new mother?s den.
The scent of Song was rather strong, she could only guess that she too had found her way there recently. As the thoughts brought themselves to her mind she knew they were true, Song was standing quite deliberately in the entrance of the den. "Song? How are they?" Her features would tilt curiously as the pair would stop beyond the entrance, she would hope that Novel might bring the boys out to see them.

His missed his children, though he would not deny the time alone with Novel had been rather pleasant although it certainly would have been nicer could he change numerous things. The weather was of course the first, the rain didn't seem to let up and thought things were gradually improving, the Summer had gone. The other thing was of course the problems that were striking the family once more. Novel this time was a large worry. The girl was apparently coping though it didn't stop Dutiron from feeling furious about what had happened to his poor granddaughter.

None of that anger would be shown to the family however, least of all not the younger Novel and her children. He and his wife were on their way now to check on their granddaughter and it felt strange to say and only made the man feel older still, their great-grandsons. Song would be there when they arrived, and it would be Novel who would speak up first, enquiring into the health of the newest generation. The anger was certainly cast aside now, rather eager to meet these newest additions to the Destruction family.

Indeed she had decided to come see her first grandchildren as her own parents had decided to come. She would push her features into the den, her eyes falling on the bundles that were nestled at her daughter?s stomach, hopefully she wouldn?t mind waking them up. ?Hello, loves.? She?d whisper to both her daughter and the babies at her side. She could see Psalm start to peek his bright eyes opened as her mother?s voice would catch her attention. She?d pull herself from the entrance of the den, her features alit with an incredible emotion. ?They are gorgeous, mother.? The pale woman would move to nuzzle her mother and father before looking back to the entrance, Novel the second nudging her children gently from the den.

Novel would lay curled with her sons protectively in her arms, sleep had its hold upon her until the sounds of her mother?s footsteps brought her into awareness. Her oceanic blue eyes would blink open as Song dipped her head into the entrance and gave them a warm greeting, she?d smile slightly as the rest of the sleep would drain from her. Two more guests would appear behind her as the older she wolf retreated from the entrance. She would nuzzle both boys into wakefulness, placing upon each forehead a gentle kiss.
She would usher them outside, it was time to begin the introduction to their large family. Though many family members had already stopped in to introduce themselves she knew their memories had to be rather foggy, they?d slept for the majority of the last month they?d been alive. Now they were aware, bright eyed and bushy tailed. ?Come on boys, there?s family to meet.? She?d whisper to them as she nudged them through the entrance.

He could feel his mother stir beside him, waking him slowly from his sleep as the voice of another woman would disturb him. Impossibly bright blue eyes would blink open and look up at the pale woman. She would move away from the entrance before anything else could happen, but his mother was quick to nudge him fully awake. Tiny jaws would open in a large yawn as he was encouraged to his feet. He?d find himself leaning into his brother?s shoulder as he felt his mother nudge his rump towards the entrance, and after that he needed no more encouragement to leave the den. Wide eyes would open further as he rushed out suddenly, his bright orbs falling on three wolves he did not recognize. He would stop, but not out of fear. Only curiosity would play on his features as he looked from one new wolf to the next.

Today was the day that Psalm and Hymn would truly meet their grandmother, and their grand-grandparents. They had been around, but their memories were still forming and they likely wouldn't recognize them perfectly. An afternoon spent with them would surely remedy that, especially now that they could communicate well -- albeit not always perfectly. A smile painted her features as Novel pulled herself upright, rousing the boys from sleep. Quickly she, too, would rise to all fours and stretch her limbs, nudging Hymn awake.

It wouldn't be entirely surprising for them to see that she followed Novel and the boys from the den, but her presence was only growing stronger instead of dwindling as Novel regained her mental stability. Politely she would dip her head to Song and her parents in greeting, feeling a bit out of place among the family. She knew they had to tell them all what she and Novel had decided. This seemed a good a time as any -- after they introduced Psalm and Hymn to their grandmother and great-grandparents, and hopefully with Novel's assistance. "Good morning," she would offer to the three wolves gently, a smile pulling at her lips.
