Sightless eyes would again look out over the territory, though she could not see the open expanse before her she could feel how open the world before her was. The girl still felt very out of place within Yfir, even after the pack hunt. She felt so far away from her siblings, like they?d been separated even though they were still held captive within the same place. She wished desperately to speak with them, to know what they thought and to feel what they would feel. What were they thinking while the rest of the family went on with out them? How were they coping with being taken from those who they?d grown up with? What were they going to do within these walls that Katja had put up? Should they stay and complacently listen to the commands of the she wolf who had overthrown their aunt and uncle and defiled their mother?s wishes?
She felt as though all the answers were lost from her, though her siblings and Solo were so close she felt so lost within the walls that she should have considered home. Dark paws would carry her slowly away from where the kill lay, their beautiful team work having brought down the magnificent animal. Now that they had feasted she knew that the time had come to speak with them. To see where they stood. She would stop not far from where they?d gathered not long ago, her sightless eyes searching the forest as dark ears stood erect upon her skull. She would tip back her features and softly call out to her brothers and sisters. They couldn?t have gone far from here.

The moment Gaia's call reached his ears Nemesis filled with trepidation. His ears flicked back, tail dropping as what ifs assailed him. What if they were upset with him? What if they rejected him? Those possibilities seemed unlikely, but nevertheless, they plagued him. The boy had let the uncertainty of their relationship fester long enough that the situation had been blown greatly out of proportion in his mind. He knew he was being silly, that they'd never reject him for something so small, and yet, the worry couldn't be shaken.

He found Gaia near where the hunting party had gathered. Before approaching, the boy stopped to examine his toes. He fidgeted, wiggling his toes as he stared down at them. Finally, when the prince of procrastination could think of nothing else to waste his time with, he moved towards his sister. "Hey, Gaia."

He stopped before her, wanting to give his sister an affectionate touch or something to let her know how he felt about her, but courage failed him and uncertainty stopped him short. Instead he let his gaze wander and it occurred to him that Gaia's blindly red bodyguard was nowhere to be found. "Where's Solo?"

The pack hunt had been... interesting. Violence was not his forte and his sturdy body wasn't particularly graceful but the hunt leader seemed to know just how to organize them so that their individual strengths could come into play and their weaknesses be minimized... it was interesting, even if the hunt itself hadn't appealed to him. And now Gaia was calling the siblings together, which was just what should happen, and the heavy boy trotted unquestioningly toward her call. Nemesis had reached her first and Hephaestus - whose signs of affection had always run toward the physical displays rather than the vocal - made to nudge Nemesis' shoulder gently with his own before continuing to Gaia to attempt to curl around her happily. It was good they were all coming together, like they should. He didn't really understand the discontent between them, simply couldn't process it. They were littermates - nothing should be able to come between them. This was much, much better. This was what should be.
