His alabaster wind blew in the wind that surrounded the land, his golden orbs watching with content as he could hear the sounds of birds flying overhead, hearing their cries with interest. He was worried that when Trica had their pups, something horrible would happen. Uneasiness settled into his soul as he moved his cranium over to where he met her gaze, soon turning his head in front of him once more as dried grass, that was coated in frost, tickled his paw pads, but he did not laugh when it tickled his paws. His lobes swerved behind him, as he would approach a bush, a small smile went across his mind. He stayed quiet. The sound of elk snorting and stamping their hooves upon the foliage as frost flew into the air, surrounding the fighting herbivores. It was a battle for the harem, as well as mating rights. He stayed in the shadows, and crouched low as to not startle them. Racks cracked against each other in a rattling way. Both of the males leaving gashes across their opponent's body, and Suzaro remembered when he had fought a tough opponent with his brother.

The brute waited for the perfect opportunity to take down one of the elks. But, it turned out he wouldn't need to when the elks racks locked together. He remembered his brother telling him that the two bulls would go through a slow, painful death. He remembered when that had made him laugh, and turned him evil, but, evil as he was, he still cared about when a life was taken. With a sigh, he lunged forward as the sounds of hooves scattering caught his attention. He bolted and ran over and took shelter behind a fallen log, as the does soon stopped running. He soon ran back over to the bulls that were still clashing and trying to break free from each other's antlers. He snapped down on one of the bull's necks, causing it to snort and buck, trying to get Suzaro off, but he snarled and held on as he continued to add bite and scratch marks to the elk. And, after what seemed like forever, it died.

Trica woke with a start, unaware the she had dozed off while walking with her mate. Her mate. She jumped up onto her paws and whipped around in a circle, her silver orbs widening, trying to get a better view of the scene. Her audits focused in on the sound of two elk fighting behind the bushes. She heard a loud snarling, a wolf. Her heart pounded as her mind raced, coming up with a million and one different possibilities of what was happening, all ending with her love being slain. Trica's breath grew ragged and her paws moved, as if having a mind of their own since her's was clearly preoccupied. As she raced forward, the scenery around her turned into a blur, the only thing she focused on was the bushes ahead of her. As she made contact with the bush she heard a loud thud resonate through the forest. Her mind finally caught up to her paws and forced them into a walk as she emerged on the other side of the bushes.

A pool of blood lay at the paws of her mate, along with a large elk. She padded over to her mate, all signs of worry now erased from her features as she beamed up at her mate. This would be a lovely meal and she couldn't wait to share it with him. The smell of death filled the air, surrounded the white same as she worked her way to the male, snuggling deep into his chest and breathing in his scent, there was nothing better than being with him. She was sure of it.

Suzaro chuckled when he saw his mate nudge into his chest. Her warm touch caused him to have shivers across his spine, standing up tall and proud as he met her gaze. He backed away so that she could eat and he kept watch on her as well as keeping watch for danger. His golden optics shifted from left to right, making sure no other predators would steal their meal. A look of worry came over him when he looked to Trica, "What do you think we should name our pups?" He asked her with a slight tilt of his cranium. He was curious on how many he would recieve, as he hoped that none of the pups that would be born were going to be still born.

Trica hesitated, she hadn't really thought about this at all, she was worried about how many pups she was going to conceive and how many would survive. She visibly shuddered as she thought of birthing a still born, guilt already tearing at her chest as she imagined it. Her appetite receded and she walked over to the bushes, putting her head on her paws as she thought. Names. She racked her brain before giving up and turning her silver gaze back to the golden one that had been watching her. "I have no idea..."
she finally muttered, sighing into her fur. This was going to be a lot more difficult than she had previously thought it would be and she was already stressing out about becoming a mom. She sighed yet again and looked to her mate for comfort.

He chuckled and kissed her cheek, giving a smile as he lied down beside her and listened to the sounds of the other birds that flew across the navy blue sky that surrounded them. He met her silver optics as she did not know what to name their pups. The alabaster brute began to ponder on names for the pups that would be growing inside his mate soon. "Well, if you have a female pup, how about Leloo, and if we have a male, Sandalio," he would say, a small smile plastered across his maw. He couldn't help but smile, for he was excited for having pups of his own.

Trica smirked at his excitement, he was acting like a puppy himself! She looked up into his golden gaze, her silver orbs full of mischief. In a quick burst, her mate was on the ground, pinned under the smaller she-wolf. She held her stance over him as she stared into his golden gems, wondering what his next move would be. She leaned her muzzle down to capture his soft lobe and pull it towards her, making sure to keep her grip on his forepaws as she did so, loving the fact that she was in control for once. His suggestions were all but forgotten as she stood over her mate.
