Orchid knew it was her duty to summon a healers meeting within the pack, but she was yet to do so. The pack had been busy with fighter meetings, and hunts and weddings, but the pack was quite now and she knew that this was her chance to get a jump on the meetings Solstice required of its members. As Crucifix had told her, each member was expected to attend to two of the three meetings that should be called each month; a warrior training session, a hunt, and a healer conference. A wolf should attend their specialised area and another to gain new skills. She herself would rather take on a hunting trip then show her feeble attempts at fighting off to the world..

The healer girl smiled as she thought to herself and collect herbs to place in her leaf bag. She choose a variety, and kept them simple and necessary, the sorts she might show a trainee and ask them to identify them for her. Content with the ones she had chosen she made her way to the door and out into pack lands, walking until she reached the clearing the pack normally used for this sort of thing. She dropped the leaf back on the ground beside her to clear her mouth before raising it and summoning a meeting for the wolves of Solstice.

Things would never be the same within Solstice, or at least that was how the brute was beginning to feel. Every time Sibelle left the pack lands she came back a little more damaged, a little more of her missing. This time, he had had to go out and bring her home, fight for her life only to bring back a shell of her, bring her back damaged in a whole different way. He was near his breaking point, he knew it even if he couldn't let anyone else see it. The wolf he had brought back with him wasn't the fiery tempest he had fallen in love with, he had lost that spirit of her, that dangerous beauty that had once captured him for a one night stand only to have coming back wanting more, wanting a life time.

He had given her a pack, and she had given him children, they had begun to start a life together, they had started to make Solstice work with their combined efforts. When Orchid summoned them all for a meeting he would blindly make his way towards the meeting spot, he had moved his den next to his old one and moved the kids to give Sibelle space to adjust. She was welcome to join them whenever she wished, but he did not want to push her when she was damaged. It was strange, and horrifying to see the strongest woman he knew fallen, and the boy felt so.. tired, defeated, he couldn't even summon emotions like anger now, for the ones who had done this to her, he was beginning to realise this was his life now - Sibelle would get bored of Solstice, go out in the world for a while, come back damaged.. rinse and repeat. He sighed as he dragged his lifeless body to sit at the meeting and place a smile on his face for Orchid to see.

She was lost. Everything was so confusing. She couldn't remember a thing. She had woken with a pounding headache staring at faces that she couldn't place names to. She had been dragged from lands that she didn't know, but men she didn't know. At first she had been wary, but then she had been bombarded by children. Children that she immediately recognized as her own. Things had been easier after that. The crosses that marked their shoulders easily identified their father as one of the men beside her. Each passing day brought more memories back, but there were still gaps. Her brother had come with Cru to free her from her supposed kidnappers.

A call would ring out. She had remembered that she was an alpha in this pack. She would rise, moving towards the source. Cru was already there, so she would move beside him, smiling politely at a woman she didn't quite recognize. Haunches would recline towards the earth, her tail curling around. She sat tall, looking every bit confident, though inside she was unsure, she felt out of place, lost. Desperately she wanted to fill the gaps, but it was taking forever, things only came back to her in snap shots that didn't always make sense.

Things here were quite, much to her liking. Nothing was rushed, no one pushed her, no one tried to get all up in her face with questions. She did not want to tell of her past, it was not an evil one, but it was sad, painful, things she wished she could forget about sometimes. Orchid was kind and she was learning well enough from the older female, but the light brown girl refused to see her anymore than a teacher. It was best this way. And though Orchid offered her den, Rohini always slept right outside the den, no matter the weather. She felt more at ease out in the open, beneath all the stars. Alone in the dark with nothing but her own thoughts. This place was nice enough but she could not help but ask, for how long?

She spent her free time by the river, hunting and gathering herbs. Always bring back a share for Orchid, whether it be food, feathers or herbs. Today she would just simply wonder around, her mind troubled as always, brilliant green orbs clouded. She felt like she no longer knew herself, didn't see her path in life anymore, felt hopeless and lost. Could she dig her way out of this or would she rot here in her own turmoil? When she looked upon her own reflection she didn't know the wolf looking back at her anymore. It angered her, making her lash out at trees, throw her boy at them, leaving bruises and cuts. But her own troubles would be put on hold as Orchid's call rang out. Head lifted to look behind her as a sigh left her lips.

So she would be meeting more wolves today more than likely. She would need to lock away these emotions, close in up tight within herself. It was easy enough, she had been doing it since she came to Ala at the very beginning. Shaking her body out she turned to head towards the meeting. But her paws were slow, hesitant with the pending knowledge there would be new faces. She did not care to meet more than one of two wolves at a time. It unnerved her, made her skittish. You just couldn't trust any one these days, ever. By the time she made it to the clearing only three others were there. Orchid, Crucifix and some unknown female. She paused to watch for a moment before coming silently up behind Orchid. She made sure to keep the stranger the farthest from her. Her posture was poor, head lowered, tail tucked, and body seeming to curl in on itself. She would pause a foot away from Orchid, offering Crucifix a tiny nod of greeting before easing herself to the ground warily.

She could not help her suspicious nature, her inability to trust someone, to allow herself to grow close to anyone. Save for the red woman Vi. Vi was the only one she felt to could relate to. Both of them were quite, slightly loners, and unwilling to give their trust over too easily. And yet upon meeting Vi, Rohini had tried to help her with her wounded leg, to at least provide a method of comfort to the other. Pain was something Rohini could not stand to watch someone battle. Blinking her eyes a few times she would cast flickering glances between the three others before returning her gaze back to her front paws. How different would this be compared to Seracia?
