There was something about Valhalla that she had missed somehow, well if she hadn't gotten lost in the snow maybe it wouldn't have been that way. The vibrant mane on her head didn't exactly favor her for blending into surroundings. If not for her black and white appearance, she had no idea what Valhalla was like. Last time she was there she had been a pup, she had been raised a rogue by her mother, though she had formal pack training because of it. It still felt strange, it made her slightly irritated and if anything nervous about what would happen. After all her parents had been high when she was conceived, there must have been some wolves who hated her here. Regardless Vahva knew Valhalla was her home so here she wanted to stay. After her mom died, there had rarely been a moment she was happy anyway. She waited as patiently as she could flicking her tail from side to side as her red eyes scanned the outskirts. She didn't look like a very happy wolf, but her respectful stance said otherwise as well.

Azalea tracked her prey through the undergrowth. A large hare would provide the perfect meal for the young gal. Winter placed her at exactly a year old. For a wolf that deemed as a mature animal for the most part but given the large build of wolves, growing tended to continue after the first year. By pack standards she was still under age. She wasn't capable of attaining any high ranks for at least another year.

Hunting was becoming less and less challenging for her. The interfering scents no longer driving her off the trail. Vole, lavender, raccoon, strange wolf. Azalea stopped, head jerking up. Strange wolf. Her eyes widened but not in shock or alarm. She knew she was close to the border and the wolf's scent was not accompanied by one of her people. She gave one last look in the direction of the hare before turning toward the border.

No outward sign of disappointment was given but honestly Azalea was a little disappointed to give up her hunt. It was the right choice though, pack safety over her personal hunger.

When she found the wolf the first that struck her was the strip of blue that ran down it's back. She didn't see many odd colored wolves like this one. The character before her was a mish mash of color and wild contrast. "What brings you to Valhalla's border today?" She asked, curt and to the point. She stood tall, reminding herself that she was an Adravendi, firmly rooted in Valhallan land, if danger arose this wolf would have an entire pack to answer to.

What would bring her to the borders any other day. Vahva fought the snort that tried to escape her nose. Her beady red eyes searching over the smaller younger wolf. While she was indeed big Vahva was a bit large for a female but she was still in the ranges. This was not her territory despite it being her home she had longed for. Since she was a pup, she hadn't been very sociable and would stick to her mother. Rarely seeing her father in which the two didn't even love each other. Vahva was a mistake, but she somehow wanted to turn her mistake of a life into something of use to her birth pack. Her head dipped, this was no high ranker, but if it provided some sort of connection it be possible for her to understand her family a bit more.

"I'm seeking entry, I was born in Valhalla, me and my mother were separated from the pack in the fire. So I'm here after she passed away," Vahva explained with a respectful tone. She knew full well she couldn't be snappy towards a family member for the first time. Even though she was already in an irritated mood. Vahva was able to keep her temper under, for now. There was no point in soiling her plans or efforts to join Valhalla. They should just accept her and move on, on second thought, was she doing this because of her mother or because this was her birth pack. Vahva wasn't even quiet sure herself.

The wolf on the other side of the invisible wall looked over Azalea. The younger female scrutinized the she-wolf. She didn't come off as very respectful to the white and auburn miss but what could be expected? As a yearling, who would take her seriously.

"I'm seeking entry, I was born in Valhalla, me and my mother were separated from the pack in the fire. So I'm here after she passed away," Azalea nodded. She took a step back, "Alright." Turning away she lifted her chin to the sky, howling long and proud. Specifically she was calling for an Adravendi but any high standing pack member would do in her opinion. She was too young to really welcome a wolf into the pack lands.

She seated herself now, amber eyes finding the colorful creature again. "I'll wait here with you until someone more... qualified arrives." Her eyes flicked up and down the wolf, still waiting patiently. "You said you're a born Valhallan? Do you still have family in the pack?" It was pointless small talk.

Vahva hadn't meant to be rude, she tried her best in being polite, but it just wasn't her at times. When she was already irritated, the girl already knew she wasn't doing very well at this whole social thing. After all, her pup memories were a bit fuzzy. She took in a deep breath suddenly, letting it out at a slow rate. Then, she repeated it again and again for a few moment then decided to turn back to the girl who had been kind enough to howl for a higher ranked member. While this girl seemed young, she looked bright, Vahva didn't smile though she never really smiled anymore. Not unless someone convinced her, her whole entire life wasn't a big mistake. "I don't know.....My father was Sani, and my mother was known as Night." She responded a bit sadly. Remembering how her parents were never a mated pair and her mom and Sani had been punished in the end. Vahva scratched the back of her ear, her mane flying up in the wind. "I was a mistake, so I'm not even sure if I'll be accepted anyway." She lowered her head farther.

"Not exactly the most perfect wolf out there you know, but I honestly didn't know what else to do after my mother passed." Vahva wasn't sure why she was explaining this to a stranger. Yet, it was better than being silent about it wasn't it. The winter was cold and she wasn't even sure if she wanted to be alone. She had enough formal training to pull off most things, it was the whole group thing she was afraid of. She hadn't known her mother went through almost the same thing as a child because Night never told her about her childhood.

Aislyn

There was an odd scent at the border, one she thought she knew but wasn't so sure. She made her way there anyways, and as she came closer she could smell Collision daughter, Azalea. Hopefully it wasn't an intruder, because she would never forgive herself if she allowed one of her pack members to get hurt. Finally the two came into view, Azalea being one of them and the other looking all too familiar. She had a blue stripe like that one lad who had been in the pack in old Alacritis before the volcano hit. She approached the duo, slinking up to Azalea and stopping beside her. "Pick your head up child, a woman never shows weaknesses." She gave the newcomer a wink as she sat down, tail wrapping around her ice bitten paws. It was still very cold outside, but she learned to ignore it. "You look very familiar, and that blue stripe of yours reminds me of a man's who used to reside in Valhalla. Relation of any sort? Uncle, brother? You look awfully young, so I wouldn't bet on being siblings." She waited for her to answer, but she already knew who this little girl was. She was the daughter of Sani and Night, the two Valhallan's who had gotten high off poppy seeds and indulged in some consequential pleasures. "Are you here for acceptance? Or just checking Valhalla out?"

Vahva's red eyes flickered as the new wolf approached, her ears flicked as she listened to her. So this must have been one of the higher ranks, and she wasn't quiet sure how to respond to any of those things. Was it right to answer, was it right not to answer? Vahva was a bit confused she twitched her tail, Natsu had said she would definitely be accepted, if he could get in she could right? The girl didn't smile and watched Aislyn as she kept her small stance. "MY name is Vahva, Sani of the fallen was my father, I'm seeking acceptance into Valhalla, my cousin Natsu, also resides here."

Oh she had remembered how many times she had gotten lost because of Natsu who had pointed her in the wrong direction. It had taken her forever to get here, she couldn't wait to slap him upside the head. Remembering she sighed a little bit, some of these things were a big hassle. She wasn't even quiet sure if she was doing anything right, but the only way to learn was to do it. Her red eyes looked of at Aislyn as she waited for an answer.

She waited for the girl to reply, and when she did she wasn't the least bit surprised. So, she was Sani's daughter? Did she know exactly what had happened to her father and mother? Aislyn could only wonder what the little girl knew, but then again, she didn't care. The fact of it was she had been born into Valhalla, so she was a Valhallan. It was her birth right. "Sani and your mother had made a few mistakes little one, but you were no mistake. As for joining Valhalla, you have the birth right of calling this your home, and you always will." She nodded to Vahva and glanced over toward Azalea. She was rather quiet wasn't she? She looked back toward Vahva, baby blue eyes stuck on her crimson gaze. "Welcome home doll."
