Current was locked away in a world of dreams, where she could fly above the ocean and skim her paws against the rolling waves. She was enjoying herself until a seagull swooped down to her and with a cry of surprise she realized the seagull was aiming for her ear, wrapped its beak against the small extremity and began to pull - She woke with a start, shaking her head before she realized Illume's teeth where attached to to it, she blinked up at her sister as the other let go, and after a moment of getting her bearing realized her sister wanted to get up to trouble. When, without a word, Illume turned and fled the den Current would be quick to follow, rising silently and padding after her sister. She quickened her pace once she was out of the den so she could catch up to her sister, looking up at the other girl with bright, trusting eyes. “Where we going 'lume?” she wondered. |
