Quelt’s left shoulder sprouted moderate bruising from the impact painfully. Dissatisfied as his jaws snapped shut on air a thick growl escaping his throat as he kept his four limbs spread equally. Eyes narrowed the male kept his ears pinned to the back of his head. Suddenly his tucked his chin in order to avoid his neck being grabbed a hold of. Quelt would take an inch step forward Bass’ jaws missing his windpipe and hitting the the center of his chest. Making a half inch wound within the flesh as Quelt dropped his weight to a lower stance. Bass right forelimb aimed for Quelt’s left hind leg still, as the attempt was successful Quelt would redistribute his weight on the three limbs.Lifting his left back leg Quelt aimed to slam it against Bass right front leg hoping to smash his paws before it got away. His jaw unhinged once more head tilting to the left hoping his forward position enabled him to aim for the back of Bass’ neck just below the scruff. The top portion of his jaw seeking the right side of Bass neck just below the scruff, and the bottom the middle. Tugging his head to the right in the hopes of possibly flipping bass onto his side. Quelt outstretched his right forelimb for more balance, his toes spreading to keep steady. As his shoulders rolled inward and his scruff scrunched forward. His tail shifted slightly to the left as his abdomen muscles tightened to help with balance.
