A little mischievity

Last time Voltage had tried to spend time with his daughter he had had to dish out a rather serious lesson with the help from Uncle Glace. He wished it hadn't had to be that way, but children didn't know the right way untill you taught them. Illie had to know that she shouldn't lie to her father, or too anyone, and that's exactly what he had tried to teach her. Whether that settled in the young pup's mind or not, was a different story. Today, he wanted to play, and he knew she would want to too. He missed Serefina, whatever she was getting herself into, so he hoped Illie would be able to fill that space. Perhaps not with fighting, yet, but one day when she was big and grown he'd be able to teach her to fight, and they'd be able to spend boundless energy fighting and playing and running about Donostrea. Perhaps it would wake up his family from whatever funk they seemed to have found themselves in, and maybe it would get this place hopping again. So on light paws he trotted across the black sandy beach, looking around for his oddly colored daughter. They needed to have fun, they needed to play. He couldn't let another day go by just laying around and gainin weight. No, they needed to do something fun! Some father daughter time would be fun. He would have to figure out what to do with Current, as well, but she didn't have the same energy he and illie had, so today he would seek out his be-speckled daughter.
