ooc;// I just wanted to thank everyone so much for posting so fast, this is the quickest that I have seen Abaven get together! It makes me feel really good, and I love all you guys. <3 Now this next round is not mandatory to post in, unless your wolf has something to say or wishes to stand up. Oh, and don't worry about posting order.

His pack surrounded him with such speed that he was left blinking. It started slowly at first, with Dart brushing his wet fur against him and asking if everything was alright. He nodded his head at the fox, he would explain as soon as everyone got here. Lillie, Finch, and Calypsie all came in around the same time, and he tossed a worried glance at his daughter. He knew how she felt about fighting, and he could see from the way that she carried herself that she was not excited about this. Had she picked up on the meeting behind his howl? One could only assume that it was serious from his call, and he had no doubt that the clever girl knew that it somehow involved fighting. Swallowing hard around the lump that dared to form in his throat, he focused his gaze on the next wolves to arrive. Karabela was another silent entry, but when Sparrow followed behind her she came up and questioned him. He dipped his head and nuzzled into her cheek, trying to calm her elevated state. "Its okay love, you will find out soon enough." he murmured, hoping to sooth her worries. Starling came next, telling him that he was prepared for this. He had only told Starling, Lark, and Allen about his plans, and he was glad that he had confided in his two sons. He knew that Starling would serve him well as a healer, and would address his job once the meeting was under way. Nodding his head at Starling, the anticipation beginning to rise, his golden gaze caught the rest of his wolves coming in. Zell, Lark and Tinaro all followed each other, and he smiled at the younger boy when he shouted his arrival. Harmony was the next to approach him directly, her cheek brushing against him. He hummed softly at her, once again nodding his head. "I will be fine, dearest sister." he said to her, placing a kiss on her forehead before she moved to sit beside him. Quelt and his wife came next, and he was glad to see that her health was improving. He needed every member at full strength now more than ever. Motif, Feli, and Shrike all made their silent entries as well, and he dipped his head in greetings to all of them. And then at last Shaye and Shai took up the rear. They were all here, expect for his wife who had just given birth, as well as all the children under a year old. But they did not need to be here today.

Clearing his throat, Bass asked for the attention of each and every wolf around him. "Members of Abaven, you all may know that Threar has fallen after a man named Sin challenged my aunt. She was a very strong and courageous leader, and took him on even though she had just given birth." he started, his voice catching in his throat. He let out a cough, pressing himself on wards. "Well I have no intentions of sitting idly by while this man sits on a throne, all because he took out the most peaceful pack in these lands! Thear asked for no trouble and yet got it anyways, and now my family is torn apart. Some made it here," he said, looking at the golden boy who sat among his ranks, "others returned to our family land, and the rest are missing. Now I do not know much about this man, but I have a feeling he won't stop at just Threar. What if he seeks to take down all Destruction led packs, and turns his sights to Abaven?" Bass' golden eyes were burning as he looked around at the wolves gathered around him, his heart aching to see Allen not there with him. "I have plans to lead a siege against Sin's pack, and take them down once and for all!" He paused, but not long enough for anyone to speak up just yet. That would come later. "I shared my plans with Allen, and he called me a fool for wishing to do so. he then packed up his family and left." The man choked on the words, and he had to turn his face away for a moment to compose himself. "I will not lead this attack if you all disagree on my stance, but let me tell you of my plans. Then you may speak up." He said, voice faltering somewhat. He took a moment to take a few deep breaths, and then turned to face his pack once more.

"I would take most of our fighting force to his pack lands, and anyone else who volunteers to come along with us. I have asked Imperium for their aid, and Valentine has agreed to lend us a few fighters. I will not call on them until we discuss this as a pack." Bass' gaze shifted to Starling, a smile forming on his lips. "Starling, I would like you and the rest of the healers to take their supplies to the Avian Sanctuary, and set up a place there to heal any wounded wolves. If your injuries are too much to fight more, you will go there to get yourself looked after." He had complete faith in his wolves, and knew that they could do this. "I would like to ask Dart to stay behind and look after the young ones, as well as FĂ©licien." He shifted his gaze to the boy, an apologetic look on his face. "I know that you wish to avenge your fallen pack, but the little ones that you took from Threar need you. They have not been here long, and they need you to provide them comfort and assure them that everything is okay. Wren will be here as well, as our newest litter have yet to open their eyes. Finch, I need you to stay here and watch over your mother, is that okay?" His voice was gentle as he turned to the girl, and he could tell from the way she perked up that she was glad that she would not be forced to fight. "These are my plans. But as I said, I will not do this if enough of you disagree. Abaven is a pack, and I will not force you to fight for something that you think is wrong. So now I need you to speak up, as well as speaking up if you wish to volunteer." Taking a deep breath, he waited, golden eyes looking around at his wolves. Would they stand by his side, or would they call him a fool like Allen had?

"SPEAK!"
