The woman was quick to laugh off his question. So he'd get no action today, huh? Too bad! With a hint of a smirk pulling up the corners of his lips, Valentine, only half teasing, rumbled, "Too bad." She was a very pretty creature. He'd have jumped at the chance to force claim her to the ranks of the Consocia.
