Maybe because she had met so many evilly inclined wolves, when someone was nice she was expecting other things. Arian shook her head at him. "I'm fine, the herbs are prepared I'll just.... walk to them." that was a laugh. More like crawl hop and scrape herself across the floor until she got there. With her luck she'd probably not return home until morning anyway. He didn't need to help her though, that would make her feel bad.

"Yeah well, all the males I've run into recently hate me. One rendered my arm useless and other is a powerful leader who told me to move my pack or he'd attack me." she snorted. Compared to them, Katja was a gem. Arian sighed, lowering her head. The scar on her face ached and she had received that a long time ago. "I recently gave up my alphaship, now I'm lead healer at Sonticus." her head gestured towards the weeping willows.
