Quietly Creeping

Hani watched the other as he retorted that they all tasted bad. The pale woman shrugged with a leaf-filled smile. Maybe they all did to some people. She thought briefly to her night with the other brute that led to her pregnancy. For a second her fur bristled, but then the male asked what the herb did. Hani looked at him as he ate it anyway, her lips curling into a sharp smile, "If you eat a little, it can make you happy, it can make you sleep, and it can make you hungry. Use too much and it can probably kill ya, but I never tried it so..." Hani trailed off as she chewed another piece, "Ush enuf, and you got yourselfsh a living daydream... or nightmare.... Wears off eventually though... Leaves you wanting more." Hani had pushed the herbs into her cheeks as she finished speaking. When she fell into silence, she sucked the juices out of the plants then swallowed- the juice first, then the plants. Her tongue ran over her teeth, though green bits could still be seen upon inspection, "You runnin' away from something, or just curious?"
