While he was technically looking for his sister the direction he'd chosen was towards the den they shared with mom. In reality the likelihood of his sister being there was slim to none, but out of habit he was going there to assure him mother that again, no harm had befallen him on the patrol. While it was obvious that she trusted Valentine completely to keep their babies safe on the patrols it put her mind at ease to know everything had gone just as well as the day before. Rhyme was a dutiful son, and enjoyed making Rhythm happy, however he was pulled completely off that particular task when he heard his sister's voice. He wouldn't stop really, instead he'd change direction at the sound. He'd look up at her curiously, facing himself towards her as he moved to meet up with her eager form. He'd learned long ago that surprises from Rhys were not always pleasant. "What is it?" He'd wait to reveal his surprise for her. |
