He could hear Current's wails, could hear her cries and he wanted to go to her. Wanted to gather her in his arms and kiss away  her tears. But he couldn't! Current was safe, she was upset but safe. Illie..oh, his baby girl. He'd continue the move through the water, searching the depths, searching for her. But as the seconds ticked on he knew...he felt it. Every second he couldn't find her it was more and more clear that....that he never would. Wide stormy eyes would gaze around, at the endless ocean that spread out before them. He couldn't...why had he been so stupid? Why had he let them go swimming alone!! He should have never ever let them out of his sight, away from arms length.

Glacier was at his side in a second, in the water at his side, his paw on his shoulder. He'd turn his eyes towards him, wide and full of tears. Dread and fear painted his face, hopelessness...shock. "Sh-she's g-gone..." He gasped out, reaching out for his brother. He felt so weak, like he had never felt before. So hopeless, so lost. "Current fell in the water, and I-Illie jumped in too save h-her...and she's gone." His voice cracked, his breath caught in his throat as he began to shake, his eyes roving the water again. "I...let them swim...alone..." He sobbed softly. His little girl, his little light...would he never see her again? "I can't find her, Glace!" He said then, turning wide eyes to his brother as he began to fill and overfill with everything he felt. He needed his steady brother, needed the way his mind could remain calm even in a catastrophe. If anyone could figure this out, it would be Glacier. "I got here as fast as I could! I couldn't find her...I can't find her..."
