Once, her family name had been something she'd held on to firmly; it was her pride, her identity. And though she was still eager to admit she was an Adravendi, something had changed - her family had fallen from Alacritia. When the stranger spoke her sister's name, she very nearly winced, her posture stiffering. "No," she said, fumbling for words for a moment, which was entirely unlike her. Did this woman know Chrysanthe? The very possibility she might still be alive sent her stomach into anxious knots. "I.. I'm her sister."

It took her a moment, but she regained her sense of composure; though her eyes narrowed skeptically as she eyed Avalon. "My name is Epiphron," she would introduce herself, the fluidity returning to her voice, and her posture relaxing as her tail flicked briefly behind her. "You know my daughter Arian, then?"
