He'd huff out loud as his blue and purple gaze swept over the snow covered forest. The Orchard had always been weird to him. Trees weren't supposed to grow like this, straight lines were so.. unnatural. It weirded him out. However he was quite quick to repress the feeling because he loved looking for herbs here. He often got lucky with prey too, last season they were absolutely unable to stay away from the dropping fruit. Now it was quiet save for the sound of his foot steps. Wait, he'd stopped walking. Almost alarmed the boy would turn in time to hear Integra call out his name. She was a healer like his mother right? He had kind of been paying attention at the feast, long enough that he'd caught boring promotions. He'd lower his ears as she drew more near, the quet woods needed no more than the softness of her voice to be fully audible. "Hello," his voice was equally subdued. "Lookin' for herbs." He'd say with the full knowledge that his quest would mostly be in vain. |
