With her troubles at the forefront of her mind the last thing Vail was really looking for were signs of company, she'd continue to trudge on, determined to help her father somehow. The sound of a voice threw her way off guard. Jumping slightly she'd tilt her ears in the direction of the voice, seeing nothing of him when she looked in his direction. Upon realizing what he'd said her ears would fall and she'd look slightly ashamed. Using her long legs to clumsily find what he was talking about she'd turn a brighter shade of pink. "Oh. Thank you." She'd be incredibly embarrassed at being caught in a situation so ridiculous, another side effect of her sightlessness. She didn't really want to stick around long enough for him to make fun of her, so she'd find the path and continue onwards. Of course she wouldn't go too far before she found another snow drift. This task just kept getting better and better. |
