A quizzical look would overcome her features as he offered her one more word and seemed to freeze. Her eyebrows would fall, realizing as he was realizing that she was mostly blind. She'd sigh again, her face still lingering with its vivid shade of pink. He came closer and for a moment she thought to shy away, but she knew she wouldn't be getting anywhere fast. His words were sweet though, his apology firm and the prospect of making up for his behavior taking her by surprise. The emotion was clear on her face, "That would be very kind of you." She didn't want to go back to the pack empty-pawed, would he be willing to help her find what she searched for? "I'm.. I'm looking for something that might not even be here. A pack used to reside here, when they left... I hoped I might find an old healers den with some stores left." She'd give him her objective, but she let too much desperation shine in her voice. |
