Voltage was.…well, he wasn't angry, per se. He did have moments where his rare anger would spike, and without the clear headedness and the ability to turn that energy into playfulness, it was becoming unbearable. It was scary how it swirled through his veins, how it took over his skull. How angry he was at the world and how upset he was with the world and how terrible he felt. He felt...as if storms raged with each step, and like the earth would collapse under his feet at a moment notice. The only thing he could think to do now...the only thing he had left...was fighting. He didn't want to ask Serefina, because he was scared she might go easy on him. He was looking rather useless after all. Each day was a little better, and while he no longer wasted away by the day, he still had an odd...hollow look to him. Perhaps it was the far off look in his eyes, or perhaps it was just something those close to him could see. Either way, he needed this. Ears lifted when he heard the call of a stranger requesting just what he desired. He would pause in his steps before a slow smile touched his lips. He would, without waiting a second more, bound towards the call. He stopped about 11 feet between them, the land around them flat and easy. A nice battle field to knock the rust off. Dipping his head to the woman, he tried to smile, the small grin seeming weak. "Good day, stranger. My name is Voltage, if you'd care for a fight why don't you take the first move." His tail would swish behind him before he shifted his stance, spreading his legs evenly and lowering his head a bit. The challenge was obvious, a friendly fight (hopefully) to help work out some of his problems and maybe get him back into the game. Voltage v Esti Practice Spar Rnd 0/2? |
