MERCY vs AVALON for SPAR

ROUND ONE

MERCY:
8 for clarity:

  • -1 “Mercy's chin tucked towards her chest as she tilted her head towards her own right...” and “Her top jaw aimed for the left side of her spine, lower jaw aimed for the right side of her spine.” If Mercy tilted her head to her right then her upper teeth would be on the right of Avalon's spine and her lower teeth would be on the left.
  • -1 “At the same time Mercy's left front leg rose, aiming to snake it forward and wrap her right wrist around Avalon's back right leg...” I assume you mean Mercy's left wrist?
9 for powerplaying.
  • -1 “...charging when there was about four feet between them.” That's assuming she could get so close to begin with
10 for defenses.
  • +1 for each seen to max of 10.
  • 0 As a note, snarling is not a defense as it doesn't protect anything
7 for attack.
  • +1 for left shoulder slam
  • +1 for right shoulder slam
  • +3 for bite
    +1 for grip
  • +1 for leg swipe
10 for injuries.
  • First round.

Mercy's round one total: 44/50

AVALON:
7 for clarity:

  • -1 “Avalon would twist her body to her left, towards Mercy.” What does this do to their positioning? Are they face  to face now?
  • -1 “She bit back a cry of pain as Mercy's teeth bit down upon her left shoulder blade...” What damage did she take from this?
  • -1 “Avalon's jaws opened up, her head turning sharply and further to her left as she attempted to grip Mercy's top jaw in her own.” If Avalon is reaching for Mercy's left side and they're kinda sorta facing one another now, then by turning her head to her left Avalon would be trying to bite in the wrong direction.
10 for powerplaying.
  • None seen!
10 for defenses.
  • +1 for each seen to max of 10
  • 0 for teeth bared – I just want to note again that I don't count this as a defense xD
6 for attack.
  • +1 for shoulder grab
  • +1 for elbow grab
  • +3 for bite
    +1 for grip
10 for injuries.
  • Moderate bruising across left side
  • Moderate lacerations to left shoulder blade

Avalon's round one total: 43/50

Totals:

Mercy: 44/50
Avalon: 43/50

And the winner is...

MERCY! Avalon must give up by either submitting, fleeing, or passing out.

Notes:

Tips for writing and some suggestions. (no points are deducted here):

For both: Nothing to note, it was really close! Good fight, guys!
