What on earth was that thing? Ren stared, eyes narrowed, paws frozen. One moment he had been patrolling the border - not because he was afraid that Donostrea would invade, rather so he'd be on-hand to assist - and the next, he found this... thing. Blinking, the blue male would approach, peering at it. It was wiggling, it was silver and blue... he'd blink rapidly when it came into complete focus. A pup? A pup... with it's face... stuck in the mud in the border with all paws flailing. Ren wasn't quite sure he was sane anymore, and would cautiously lean his head down. "Are you alright?" he rumbled the the creature's paws, since he couldn't, well... actually speak to it.
