Marina would give a small nod when Riv spoke. He was a young leader in his own right, and Mari respected him in that sense. He had certainly captured the attention of her daughter, and while she was not too thrilled with the idea of letting her go she knew that it wasn’t right to keep Zephyra here forever. Zeph was young, but certainly capable of making her own decisions. By her age Marina was already doing that and more, so she felt sure her little one would be alright. But could one blame the mother for worrying? The rainbow femme would close her eyes, about to speak when she heard Zephyra’s voice. Her daughter’s words were almost a knife in her heart. She didn’t want her to go. But sometimes to do the right thing for the ones you loved you had to do just that. “I told you before, Riv, that I would not hinder you and your siblings, nor any member of this pack, should they choose to leave.” She would let out a soft sigh. “My daughter wishes to go with you, and she too has been released from Borealis. You are all free to go, with well wishes.” Marina would open her eyes again and turn away from the children. “Farewell.” She saw no reason to linger...
