Separated and alone

Curiosity, as well as a moment of wanderlust, would draw him towards Southern Alacritia. What he hadn’t been expecting, however, was for the dam to break while he was on the other side! Dismay would fill the man as he walked upstream, hoping to discover some way of crossing the water. But alas it seemed he would be stuck on this side unless he wanted to try to swim across. Something he wasn’t exactly about to try. He would let out a soft sigh, gaze falling upon a maiden a little further upstream. Seems she had the same lack of luck he had. Castiel would chuckle to himself at the irony and approach the maiden, speaking in a soft tone. “Seems we’re both trapped on this side, you and I.”
