She walked through the evenly spaced trees, weaving between the trunks. She had done some thinking since her and Lykos had last met, and she was going to make sure that she kept true to her promise to teach him. She was supposed to be helping the lower ranks, right? While she wasn't the best teacher, she had to try. It had kind of worked with Illie, but she liked Lykos better than she did the blue and white brat. Maybe it was because he was calm and collected, while Illie was more energetic, they got under each others fur. Mercy just hoped that Lykos was better than his mother, it had been too easy to beat her. Chuckling to herself, she found a big enough gap between the trees that was large enough for what she had in mind. Tipping back her head, she let out a howl for Lykos, trying not to sound too demanding. It was hard though, already her blood was starting to pump at the thought of a fight. This would be as much a test for her as it was for him, to see if she could make as instructor. |
