Louder Than Thunder

The alabaster and ebony brute walked through the grassy landscape, eyes focusing on the vast collection of flowers and other herbs that scattered throughout the area where he was walking. The smell of rain surrounded his nostrils, lifting his cranium upward toward the sky. Dark clouds surrounded the sky as thunder roared across the sky, lightning following afterward as he closed his eyes and walked into the direction where he had made a den for himself for a couple days. He had wondered how his sister Marina was fairing. It had been some time before he had seen her, and Spencer grew anxious and worried about her for sometime now.

Rain would soon begin to pour upon his coat, making it saggy and soaked as he had to shake his pelt off constantly to keep the rain from wearing it down as well as him for some time. He had known that some floods would happen throughout the lands of alacritis, and a sigh would escape him as he walked over to the tree den where he happened to be staying and lied down, placing his cranium upon his fore paws, waiting for something to possibly entertain the boredom that flowed throughout his subconscious.
