Voltage tended to watch the waters lately, as if just waiting to see them go away and to be able to yell in triumph to his family that they could return to their beloved beach! He took a deep breath of the ocean wind and tilted his head, watching the tide roll across the lands. There was a brief moment where he wondered why the beach was so perfect for them, well, for most of them. And then he remembered the island. They hadn't really lived on the beach there, but the ocean had always been a large part of their lives. Perhaps that was why they could survive pretty much solely on fish. He was chewing over that bone of thought when Glacier plopped beside him, and for once he was almost startled. Not really, but almost. Large stormy eyes looked up at his brother, and instantly everything else took a back burner when he saw Glacier's face. There was something bothering him, and as much as the ice king tried to pretend he might not have most emotions that living beings had, Volt could see them all. Confliction, sadness, regret and guilt. He hummed softly when it spilled out. Ah, so it finally happened.

"...So?" He asked, deadpan as he tilted his head to his brother. He knew the guilt that coursed through Glacier, and he knew his brother believed it was all his fault. Because, really, when did Glacier not believe that. They were the holders of their families destiny, in a way, and if something went wrong they constantly shouldered the blame even if it wasn't theirs to take. It was one of their flaws, and yet one of the most beautiful things about their existance. "She's still Aurora." He said softly, unsurprised in the least. He had known since they had first started to walk and talk and adventure, when they could leave their mother's side. Seraphiel was loud and bouncy, and Aurora was, well, bouncy but not as loud. "You don't need to hear to see the lights that paint the sky, you only need to see." He smiled softly, leaning against his brother's shoulder as he looked back out at the waves with a gentle sigh. "Why does it bother you, Glace? Has she become less in your eyes now that you know? Or do you still love her as equally and as strongly as you did before you finally noticed?"
